The pizza was burnt and didn't have correct toppings. There was no offer of a discount and would only offer to remake if we returned the pizza, but would not offe a refund.

Horrible experience every time I try to order from here. It’s insane that you cannot confidently order knowing your food will arrive. I’ve waited an hr only to call and hold for 20 minutes on the phone to be told my order is just being prepped. It’s honestly sad the service we receive here in Florissant. I wish someone cared!

I ordered my pizza at 5:24pm at roughly 7pm I decided to go to the store because staff couldn't be reached via the phone. Staff was obviously flustered when I walked in. Two employees both claiming to be "managers" started cussing screaming and arguing while I was in there. In front of a lobby full of people. 3 employees ended up walking out in the middle of this mess, leaving a young man ALONE to deal with things himself. That poor kid! The managers need to do better! Shame on the leadership of this store! And kuddos to that young man for sticking with it and not leaving the customers in store hanging. He needs a RAISE!

Worst ever made and sliced pizza I’ve ordered there Ticket number 585 order number 182585. One pizza was barely done. It looks like they just hit it with the knife one or two times or a hammer didn’t slice it up. Didn’t give me cheddar cheese bread and barely added my toppings. Worst order ever I’ve had at this location.

This place is terrible especially ordering online. Twice I’ve order on line, the first time I ordered online I followed the dominos tracker it got to the step were it says quality check and stay there for an hour and a half. I call several time to see what’s going on, I finally get a manager on the phone he says there not doing any deliveries after the money was taken out of my account. He said I can come to the store to pick up my pizza.,I get there there are about 5cars in front of me as I wait in line. I wait there for an hour I get get my pizza and there is barely any sauce on the pizza and you can tell it’s been sitting there for a while. The manager had no solutions,no accountability and I also tip the driver $15, since I was picking the up obviously I wanted my $15 dollars back he act like he couldn’t do anything so I’m like come on really. I can’t get my money back he then offer me credit online which I use the past Saturday got the same outcome but my pizza was delivered had to take it back up I’m done with this I hope they close this place that was my last time ordering from them

Stood at counter for 5 minutes while 6 employees ignored me. No hello or just a moment. Finally, one employee walked up and asked what I ordered. He proceeded to gather my order but didn’t have any further curtesy, even after I said thank you sir. Zero manners.
On a good note, one employee dropped a pizza tool and promptly washed it before returning to work.

Seemed as if the guy inside was working alone, he was pretty fast as well as friendly. I did order extra cheese and a garlic sauce that I didn’t get but honestly I don’t blame him for them being short staffed. He did his best, I just wish I had gotten the extra cheese and garlic sauce.

Don’t order. They won’t deliver. And won’t tell you they won’t deliver. But they will sure take your money and not refund it.
Do not order delivery from them, especially on a high volume day. I ordered food at 5:30pm and fully expected to wait an hour plus for delivery. THREE HOURS LATER my boyfriend went to the store, they hadn’t even started my order yet. This is the second time we have tried ordering food that we never received, after hours of waiting.

I have sat in a line for over 20 minutes at this time with, only to be told that they gave my order to someone else and then the manager told me that he has no idea when the order will be ready and just hung up...people are literally pulling up and pulling off after they have paid their money...extremely disappointed and I much order elsewhere
