“Shout out to Mister Donut for helping me this morning when we ordered a large order from a local shop in Bethalto for donuts and they closed due to power and didn’t notify anyone! The lady was very helpful, and accommodating! We will be back! Thanks so much again for saving our friends back to school party!!!!“

“The staff is always nice and friendly, the service is fast and the food quality is fantastic. Great glazed donuts, BLT, veggie sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, croissants, and bagels. I have not been disappointed. The menu is big and easy to read. Have only used the drive through but want to go inside to see and try different donuts, slices of cake, and more.“

“Wonderful donuts, the person who is usually there works so hard and is very personable. I do wish they would update their hours and closed times on Google. On more than one occasion I have made the time before work to pick up donuts for my office and have found it closed. They sell out of things early but that just shows how good they are and are trying to not have a bunch of waste at the end of the day.“

“We are new in town and we were looking for a coffee and donut shop . I found it right here super small but has the best donuts, and the service is awesome . They also have a drive thru . I go based on reviews when looking for a place, so I like to give my also.“

“I've had issues with the drive-thru forgetting my order, forgetting about me after telling me to pull around (Happened past 2 visits here) and order not being made correctly.
The Manager was working hard and tried her best to make it right for me. It seems the other workers aren't fully trained and leads to many preventable problems.“

“I’m not sure if management changed but I love this location now. The customer service is great and I love how the workers have memorized my order. Shoutout to Jaggu, he’s so kind and has a smile daily.
Hmmm.. I had to come back and update my reviews. My drink hasn’t take the same in days, lol! It’s seems off. ? I might take a break.“

“The service that I received at this particular baskin robins was really great. We went with our children and their friends after having taking them skating. The staff was very patient with us as he had multiple orders for all of the children that were with us. The staff was nice and the atmosphere was great and perfect amount of space for our party.“
