Doozle's Frozen Custard

This is a great ice cream spot, and their customer service is wonderful. However, there was one particular young lady who was not as welcoming, and it really left us feeling disappointed with the service. We are still going to continue to be loyal customers because we won't let one bad experience keep us from a really great establishment. We still love you guys!😊

Been to this location multiple times. Unfortunately the quality of the food is not the same. I ordered a banana split which is a favorite of mine from this Location. Something seemed different when i taste my dessert. I noticed that my banana had some discoloration. I rinsed it off and automatically felt sick after looking at the remaining pieces of the banana. Once i realized what i had eaten, i just let the rest melt. My concern is that someone should have known that this specific banana should have been thrown away and not served to a customer. 🤢🤢

I just wanted to share a picture of my experience from Monday, October the 21st 2024. I ordered a m&m concrete as I always do, but when I got home to enjoy it, I was confused, because there was literally (at the most) 10 M&Ms in a small concrete. I literally kept eating it because I was baffled thinking the m&Ms were hiding in the fluff of custard or at the bottom.

I ended up speaking with a manager on the 22nd and he gladly said he will replace it. When I got there I let them know my name at the speaker, and I drove up to the window. When I got to the window, a man was there with a cup of m&ms in his hand, showing me how much they put in a small. Though I appreciated his reference, I was confused as to why he thought I needed to know the amount that comes in a standard small m&m concrete. That is something the person who made my concrete, on Monday needed to know, not me. I know!

I just wanted to include the picture so they can understand that I was not confused (thinking I needed to have more m&ms than what comes in the standard small). Too many m&ms would change the whole dynamics of the treat - so that was not my complaint. Just FYI thank you!

Best custard I've ever had! What ever you do don't order the Oreo and Cookie Dough concrete... You will be addicted it's delicious... plus they support special needs even have a slow bald gentlemen that works there! Please tip him well!

I got a banana split which had two pieces of strawberries, no pineapples, only pineapple juice and a little chocolate syrup. The ice cream was delicious and the banana was fresh.

Heresey I thought.
Nope. It's really just that good. Everytime I show up I'm overwhelmed with the excitement of the size of the menu and the rang of options.

Everything I've gotten has been amazing. My only complaint is that I can only eat so much at once and itll take over a year to try everything id want.
