Placed an online order, showed up to pick it up and sat in the drive thru window and watched 5+ employees walk past me for 20+ mins without acknowledging me.the female employee was laughing every time she looked in my direction like they knew I was there and found it funny they weren’t coming to help me. I rang the bell 3 times and they just looked and kept walking. Past me like I didn’t matter . I called the next day to complain and the guy just kept saying “okay” no apology nothing. I won’t be back, I’m not big on spending my money with people that are rude.

Me and my family ate at Florissant location. Atmosphere, food were great. Waitress, however was rude. Asked for ketchup (for fries) had to ask repeatedly. Then on check out asked for Military Discount. She didn't bother. Just rang up full amount. Overall attitude was that we were bothering her.
