Used to be a great place to eat, but now don't know what happened should just close until you get people thst care about what they do and not just show up for a payday

I love Firehouse Subs when this location had good workers the food was great! Please, don't keep this store closed. However, just reopen with new professional managers, and employees who really want to be a part of the team and work.

Like other recent reviews, I placed an online order back on 6/19/24 only to show up and doors were locked. I’ve been emailing with corporate over the past two months and their only response is that the store manager will call me (which has yet to happen). Do NOT place an online order here unless you want to be out money like I am. Expected a better resolution from the corp team as well.

Came by at 12pm today. Doors locked, missed delivery tickets from FedEx on the door. Was excited when we got one of these, then it went down hill... now it seems it's done.

I ordered back in June on the A name day. It let me order online and took my money. Went to the store, closed. Made a complaint through the app was told the owner would contact me and still nothing. I don't get how you can order online to a closed store and how they can take my money. Still waiting for the owner to contact me, still waiting on a refund.

I placed and online order back on 6/21/24. When I went to pick it up the store was closed. But you all took. My $11.55. I would like to receive my money back since I never received any service. Contact me please. I have reach out to corporate

Says they are open on Sundays but door is locked 7/14/24 at 1:00.

Very disappointed, I used to love Firehouse too. I had noticed the quality and service slipping at this location, but shrugged it off because I understand how hard it is to find help...most places are under staffed.
But this last Sunday I was out running around getting things ready for the week ahead when my family cried that they were hungry. I decided to go online and order so I could run in and pick up the order and head home. When I got there the place was closed! No lights, no note on the door, no workers...nothing! There was no one to call, so went to the website and notified them as I had given my payment information but received no product. Needless to say, I looked at my account and was charged for a lunch I never got to eat. I have a feeling that I was not the only one this happened to and that is bad for business. Again I understand staffing issues, but hope they get things figured out soon.

I ordered online on 6/25/2024 at 12:00 pm since people with the first name that begins with the letter "A" get a free medium sub with a purchase. The restaurant showed it was open online. I went to the restaurant and it was closed. There were no signs providing any information. This was my first time going to this restaurant. I am highly disappointed. More than likely this is my last time ordering anything from this establishment. After reading several other reviews, I request corporate and management follow up regarding the poor quality of service. I wish I read the reviews prior to ordering anything from this restaurant. I encourage others to spend their hard earned money during these economic times at other restaurants that provide quality service and food.

Arrived at this location to pick my food up and the restaurant was closed DURING business hours. Lights on doors locked. I called inside no answer. Extremely unprofessional

I made a mobile order on Monday. 6/17 My friend also made a mobile order on 6/17. It was the name game thing that they were doing, and both of our names are on it. I placed my order, she placed her order then I proceeded to the Florissant restaurant to pick them up. Doors were locked, lights were off, and chairs are up on the table. They were closed. This was 3:25 PM. I called customer service to try to get my money back and I still have not heard from anyone. I called customer service again yesterday, made a report on Facebook to the firehouse sub page And still have not heard from anyone. It's frustrating to say the least. I never got food and the money that I did spend. I still haven't received it back. They need to shut down. Sounds like management is horrible.

Never got a greeting when we came in. Sandwiches were requested and none of the sandwiches were made correct. Then when the employee asked was the food good, we gave her our honest opinion and she proceeded to argue about it. I do home care and I came in with my clients and they were elderly people. The store’s appearance also was very bad. When asked about a manager, the employee stated that she was the manager as well as the owner and she was going to see any complaint that would made against her! She also doesn’t know how to communicate properly with customers and other employees 4/10 wouldn’t recommend this location

Sooooo I don’t know where to start. Did an online order- said a specific time . Arrived 10mins after that time “oh that order just came through” store had no chips, no mayo , only diet drinks … a mess !! Close and restock at this point. The guy was nice though

I will no longer be returning to this location. For the past 3 times I’ve gone, my order has been incorrect, sloppily put together and gross. Online ordering is a complete joke and I feel like this location will constantly take your money and give you slop. It needs to be under new management or completely shut down.
