I've ordered tuna on 3 occasions, so disappointed, either not the right fixing or hardly any tuna on it, it was spread on like a mayo condiment, not as the meat. You have now sent me back to Subway and Jimmy John's. At least they aren't skimpy and know how to make the sandwich.

Do NOT EAT HERE I JUST QUIT THIS JOB BECAUSE THEY HAVE ROACHES BY THE BUTT LOAD RUNNING AROUND EVEN IN THEIR FOOD ,They leave food out and food is outdated from the year of November of 2023 -23 PLEASE IM HEGGING EVERYONE TO CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND GET THIS BUILDING SHUT DOWN IF YOU GO HERE YOU ARE TAKING A RISK OF GETTING SICK THE MANAGER IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS EMPLOYEES HE IS OVER STAFFED AND UNDER PAYED PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERY COMMENT DO NOT GO HERE ROD THE AREA MANAGER IS HORRIBLE AND SO IS HIS NASTY DISGUSTING STORE

I walked in to place my order. I was told it was going to be a while because they were working on a big call in order. They would rather work on a call in order rather than serve someone who is there, so I walked out and went to Jimmy John's.

I would give zero for food if I could. Spent $31 dollars on 2 smoke house brisket sandwiches I thought they were warn since that's what I used to get about a year ago. But nope cold and the meat was so nasty and chewy ... disgusting. WILL NOT go back. The worker was nice, but THE BRISKET is DISGUSTING! IF I COULD POST A PIC I WOULD! ALSO COOKIE HAD FOIL STUCK TO THE BOTTOM OR BAKED IN IT CANT TELL THE DIFF!!

THEY HIRED ME I ONLY WORKED TWO DAYS ROD THE MANAGER EXPECT ME TO COME IN WHILE THROWING UP I REFUSE TO DO SO AT THAT POINT HE LET ME GO SAYING THAT HE CAN'T RELY ON ME WELL LETS SPEAK THE TRUTH ABOUT FIREHOUSE SUBS THEY HAVE VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES THEY DON'T RESPECT THE CUSTOMERS THEY MAKE U WAIT 25-60MINS JUST TO GET U A SANDWICH THAT SHOULDN'T TAKE NO MORE 3-4 MINS TO MAKE THEY SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS ANYWAY THE FEEL IS PLEASED RATHER ITS YELLING OR SPEAKING RUDELY IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS LOCATION DO IT AND EVERYONE THAT IS COMPLAINING LETS CALL AND GET THIS PLACE SHUT DOWN HE HIRING ALL NEW PEOPLE JUST TO THROW US BEHIND THE COUNTER WITH NO TRAINING AT ALL RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Today was the worst experience I've ever had a Firehouse. The employees were arguing the entire time. The guy (who was not scheduled 1pm but had been there since 9am) was so rude and yelling. He was saying mean things to the employees and sat in the very full lobby "to watch them work since they didn't want to listen". It took over an hour to get three sandwiches. Several customers left, a few demanded a refund (but no manager was available to do the refund), and a lot were very upset. I'm not sure how much money they lost during my 1 1/2 hour wait but it seemed like a lot. This was the most ridiculous experience I had a Firehouse. Such a good company with horrible management and employees. Shout out to Sara, it was her first day working there and she truly tried her best.

I give a 2 because we arrived and no one was here but the workers. I placed my order and then they told me their drinks were out and could only get diet drinks. Then I sat there for 25 min waiting for 2 sandwhiches! Idk what the hell the problem was but this is unacceptable there’s no one but workers here. Why does it take 25-30 min to make a sub sandwhich? Although when we came in everyone was very friendly but I am lost as to why I have to sit here for this long?

Definitely waited longer than I should have to get my food. 25 minutes is way too long of a wait for a sandwich that came out cold. They seemed to only one one person actually working and four other just standing there. All the employees seemed to have the same blank expression on their face looking like they have just smoked way to much weed or are drunk and were trying not to pass out. Definitely the worst experience I've had at a fast food restaurant.
