I came in hungry… I left in a committed relationship with a burger.
The 12oz smash burger at Florissant City Diner isn’t just food — it’s an emotional experience. Perfectly seared, juicy like it’s got secrets, stacked like it’s showing off, and dripping with flavor in all the best ways. I had to pause mid-bite and reevaluate my priorities in life.
Fries? Crispy. Staff? Friendly like they knew I was about to fall in love. Vibes? Classic diner with a side of soul.
If you haven’t tried that smash burger yet, go fix your life.

Adam’s burger is the best burger in Saint Louis. I love take my whole family here.
