I placed an order for two chili cheese dogs with no onions. There was mistake and onions were put on. The staff showed excellent customer service and had no problem fixing the mistake. It was really appreciated.

No one was in the restaurant and they still managed to mess up my order. The hot dog meal are like 8 dollars. They don't have any Coney dogs or Chicago dogs just regular dogs and chili dogs and both are salty. The burgers are dry. The ice cream was good.

In Wichita and all the ad pictures of this sandwich, they cut it in 2 triangle halves. Not here, I guess. I really dislike unseasoned fries, but these were a lil bit too salty.

Always dirty! Never anyone to take your order inside. This is the 2nd time we walked out because nobody was there to take an order. Please replace everyone with robots or shut this location down. It’s your worst in the state.

Me and my husband took some out-of-town guests their that wanted some of their custard and maybe food so I decided to order some of the cheese curds paid $5 for got six curves they were so salty I could not eat him I just threw them in the trash but the fact six and horrible that's bad

Great food and service. The dining area was clean but the management staff was in a near by booth and was really loud. It’s more so the acoustics of the room.
