I ordered a plan cheeseburger and another burger it was disgusting. Burnt and tasted like soap. I’ve never been to the Florissant location and Freddie’s is normally very good. So gross and so disappointing.

Service is terrible and the workers barely want to do their job. No one greets you
This location is slow as it gets. Tonight no straws or napkins.
After my food was made , I got home and had to turn back around . I got old patties and then after remaking , they still made them sloppy with barley Any sauce for the California , also once again DRY. When Freddie’s first opened it was good but now , it’s a no for me . Never will be back

Although the food was delivered as ordered, there was a speck of friendliness or desire to do well. The custard machines were crusted with old material. The team lead needs to lead by example, yet there is no example given to follow.

Cashier was polite but we had to wait ten minutes in store while our bags sat open on the counter as he proceeds to ring out three other customers. Thought we were waiting on more food for our order but all he had to do was close our bags up and get drinks which we could have done when we walked inside. We had to go home and microwave our food when it could have been warm had he just rolled up our bags and gave us the order when we walked inside.

What a bad excuse for a burger. The male manager Nate is either slow or just completely lost. Staff looked miserable and not happy at all. I want a refund. I called the store repeatedly and no answer

Cold fries and burger. I had to microwave them both when I got home. I asked if they could cut my sandwich in half and they said yes but it wasn't, plus my credit card was placed in the bag and not handed to me. They've lost my business.
