Everyone there is very friendly and the atmosphere is nostalgic, however, multiple times now when I get a shake or concrete it comes out soupy or half melted.
Fritz's is the best place for ice cream, staff is always friendly and inviting.
The best concrete anywhere! The Turtle is my favorite and my wife likes a vanilla concrete with pecans and chocolate sauce.

Great ice cream
Went here for the first time and I really enjoyed the custard. I also got a punch card so I can redeem it for a free custard after it gets enough punches. The outside area is clean, and there are places outside to sit and eat. I also found out they sold slushies, cheesecake, and other desserts.

Overpriced but delicious. Come down on your prices and we would visit more. Been customer since 1980.

The GOAT. The OG. The Best. What else you got? I've been going here since high school (early to mid 80s), and haven't stopped going. Simply the best. Yes, there are other really good frozen custard places in St. Louis, but Fritz's will always be the best. I love sitting either under the canopy, or a Ross the street at the park, eating a turtle. It seriously brings me back 40 years (man, am I old).

Great concrete. Was a little bit of a wait, but it was kind of crowded. I'm sure they usually wouldn't need more than one window. Once the order was taken it was quick.
Who can do it better than Fritz’s? … 🦗🦗 Their ice cream is unmatched in flavor and authenticity (regarding the dairy 🥛😋) I love the customer service and the teamwork behind the scenes. Lovely establishment. Speedy service.. I just can’t get enough of the ice cream 🍨💞
