Henke’s Tavern is a great place, described as an old-fashioned neighborhood bar and grill with a great vibe. The atmosphere is that of a little hometown corner bar where everyone knows each other. The inside is nice and clean, and there is also an outdoor patio. The burgers are really delicious, with the cheeseburger being terrific. Great Burgers are not overly large but delicious, especially with the accompaniments on the table. The Tacos are really good too. The fries and potato skins are delicious as well. A special cocktail called "Gina's Juice" is fantastic. The IPA on draft is perfect. Service is very good and great, with awesome staff. The cooks are very accommodating with any special requests. It is a very cool little place with cheap beer and cheap shots. The food is excellent at a fair price, with good, friendly service.
