The staff here are ridiculously disrespectful and rude. I will not recommend anybody to eat here. You will not have a pleasant experience. I’ve been in customer service for many years. I have never felt this type of disrespect and service that I received here you guys need to do a lot better.

My boyfriend gets all flats at any wing place we go, he orders here and they say we can't do all flats even for an upcharge, okay fine he'll get mixed even though he really doesn't like drums...waitress comes back to the table to say they don't have any flats at all, only drums. HOOOOW if you can't order flats only do they run out of flats?!?! This is a wing restaurant! Overall you can tell the ownership is cheap, we asked for silverware and they only have plastic. Definitely won't be going back to this location.

This restaurant usually has great food. This time, the order was wrong, and it didn't taste good. I could have gone to Wing Stop and got better food for less money.
Ordered a meal online and when it was picked up they said they were out of the fish tacos. When an order is placed online a phone number for the customer is entered. A quick phone call regarding this would have helped this situation. Instead we had to wait longer for them to make shrimp tacos. Better customer service is needed here.
