This restaurant usually has great food. This time, the order was wrong, and it didn't taste good. I could have gone to Wing Stop and got better food for less money.

Ordered a meal online and when it was picked up they said they were out of the fish tacos. When an order is placed online a phone number for the customer is entered. A quick phone call regarding this would have helped this situation. Instead we had to wait longer for them to make shrimp tacos. Better customer service is needed here.

I was sick three times that night, and Hooters was all I had to eat that day. The time to receive my food was so long that I had to ask the manager to check, and she came right back with it. The food was sitting on the counter long enough to be room temperature.Parking: Lots of parking in the back, but only a few spots in front, and the employees park there before it opens.Wheelchair accessibility: It's almost impossible to get close to the front door if you are using a wheelchair. Lots of parking in the back but only a few spots in front and the employees park in them before you can get there.

Ordered all u can eat wings first batch came out and we were told by the bartender Amber that we had to eat the 10 wings we had first before we can get another order second order took damn near 30min to come and the place was not packed we sitting at the bar looking stupid waiting on food. Second batch came out which was 6 wings and bartender basically pushed us out the door she rung up our check and sat it on the table and told me and my buddy we couldn't get anymore and that she was tired and worked 13hrs so I paid $22 for 16 wings.......Never again will I go to Florissant location I will continue to go to hooters downtown St.Louis
