I was about to order but reading the comments I decided not too. There is so much going on today that good service and good food is a must but not if this is the way people are treated is horrible. I am sorry but this is not good business IHOP...not a good look locally or nationally...RESPECT that

I’ve never had such an awful experience at an IHOP. The manager on duty was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and treated customers with zero respect. The service was slow and careless, and when I raised a concern about my order, she became defensive and disrespectful instead of fixing the problem.
I have serious concerns about food handling and overall cleanliness at this location — enough that I recorded the interaction to show just how unacceptable the situation was. IHOP should really look into the management here because this kind of behavior drives customers away.
I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend corporate review this incident immediately.

This the second time I did pick up and my order is messed up n made how yall just want to do it. I had ordered 2 pancake stacks yesterday both pancake stacks was plain Buttermilk pancakes with strawberry n bananas topping. Why did yall put bananas slices into my pancakes. I didn't ask for that and it wasn't in the description. I do take accountability on not checking my order before leaving.

Ordered a jalapeño burger specifically no bacon, we waited over one hour to bring it with bacon, we ordered tres leches pancakes.too another 45 minutes, other person in the group ordered chicken strips with fries, order came with onion rings, a group of 14 they brought the food for each two at one time, my cousin ordered burger with no mayo it was brought with mayo, worse place ever don’t waste your money or time

Ordered through door dash and got a salad with balsamic vinaigrette. I received ranch instead. It may not seem like a big deal to some, but I have an egg allergy and cannot have ranch. Idk if it was an accidental overlook or if you're out of balsamic, but if you are out, you could have easily had the dasher contact me to pick another dressing or choose no dressing. Regardless, please be mindful in the future that some do have allergies and a simple switch like that could be detrimental to your customer. Luckily I noticed it beforehand.

I have not dined here in over two years because of the previous service. I don’t know if they are under new management or what the case may be, but today’s service was exceptional. We came in as a group of eight we were served very fast. Everything was hot and fresh the refills kept coming. The staff was happy and very friendly. Thank you for your wonderful service today and I will be back

It being basically empty on a Saturday should've been a red flag for me .but wait there's more ..the bathroom DISGUSTING,FOOD DISGUSTING,SERVICE DISGUSTING.I already lost my appetite because of the nasty bathroom!!Ice tea taste like water,food wasn't hot/good..This location made me itch.The food was gross&didn't smell good.i took a few bits of my hash browns and left.I wouldn't send my dog there.
Owner’s daughter (Reham) was extremely rude one morning and I was told I was a boy, and I am a 46 year old man. I will never return. Mohamed was no help either.

Ill start with the food. I had French toast, scrambled eggs, and bacon. The French toast was really good. My plate comes with 2 eggs, which i think it was short of that, as for the bacon, it was not worth eating. Undercooked and rubbery. Our server seemed all over the place. We had to ask for silverware, and he was not attentive at all. Lots of room for improvement. Overall it was ok.

The lady who set us down was wonderful. The waitress was not nice. I gave her a tip and she acted like I gave her nothing. and the place was disgusting though the tables were sticky. The bathroom was nasty.
