Excellent service, unfortunately, they were short staffed, so the service was slow because the waitress was VERY busy. The waitress was excellent. The food was very good.

I have a credit card I bought from Walgreens and it was activated for IHOP and they stayed it wouldn't work. I did it 2 times.

Food was great, service was minimal. Maybe the guy was new but he wasn't friendly at all. Never gave his name and was just overly dry. I guess that's to be expected when u come in late and they automatically apply 18% tip after hours. The restaurant was clean and quiet. Hubs and I enjoyed our food and it was hot and fresh. We both got the breakfast sampler. I asked for my receipt but he gave me the wrong one after I paid.

Got food poisoning from a takeout order. I have a friend who also got food poisoned from this location before. I love IHop. Just not this one :(

Don't offer curbside service if you are not going to stand on it. While I was there before dark, the place was basically empty almost. The hostess was leaning over the counter on her phone while I'm waiting, staring at her, for almost 20 minutes, then I called the restaurant right as it was getting dark, to be told they dont have anyone to run out the food and that they dont deliver to cars after dark so i needed to come in and get it so i questioned her about it for her to say i can find someone to bring it out to me for her to pull the only serber she claims she has to run the order out to me when she herself could have done it. There were so many attitudes that night. I can't keep being treated like this where I spend my money. I work hard to eat what I like. If you don't want to do your job as far as something that simple then you need to find another field of work. I've worked fast food and all types of customer service and I have never treated people like that. They work hard for their money for service workers to treat them like they made them fill out the application for the job.

Food was excellent protein potions would feed a newborn (ordered breakfast sampler platter) pancake, cheese eggs, hash browns 10/10; sausage links 3/5, bacon 2/5 not fresh just reheated, ham slice (piece not enough to say slice 😐)1/10 thin and quarter of a real ham steak

I would not dine in or order pickup on the holidays. The manager was the absolute worst. I ordered curbside pickup on xmas '23. No one answered when I called for my order. I had to go inside(in my pj's b/c I was dressed for curbside) and waited another 20min. Mind you, I waited an additional 20min past my pickup time due to it being a holiday, which I expected.
When I finally got my order, the bacon was undercooked, and serval syrups were missing. I asked to speak with a manager. When he finally came to me, I asked for a percentage of a refund or credit due or to the wait and the bacon being undercooked.
It took ten minutes for him to give me 10% refund. He was rude, stating that they were understaffed and they were the only place open for breakfast on xmas.
This year, there are many other breakfast options. I would suggest that anyone looking for dining options to look elsewhere on xmas day. I wasted an insane amount of time with my family because of this. Plus, I had the food everyone was waiting for lol don't do it....

The food was really good. It taste better than other IHOP’s I’ve been to in the past. The waitress was a little slow on getting to the table but def like the food and cleanliness of location.

So Peppa Pig The White Big Boned Manager Obviously Dosent Like Or Know How To Do Her Job How Are You A Manager With Terrible Customer Service (( Clearly Been In The Hood To Long Because She’s Very Much Ready To Argue)) Contradicted Every I Was Told By Another Manager. Also Restuant Has terrible sewer back up problem in the rest room and the steel lingers to the dinning area but this has been going on for a while so nothing new about that

Place is under new management or something. I had mu normal spicy poblado. It has been completely changed, literally 75% less meat, changed the sauce. I won't go back
