I love Imo's and this is the best location and I'm coming all the way from Colorado, absolutely delicious. This time I switched it up and got bacon and Canadian bacon, and extra cheese, and it was the best. I've ever had. It was worth the wait.

Order chef salad 2x little chop of morsels of meat that you couldn’t identify ham from salami. Asked for red onions and they were cut up tiny also. Will not return again for a chopped up chef salad. They need to go to Parker Rd location and let them show them how to make chef salad.

I went tonight round 8ish. I placed my order for the pickup window. My order was due to be ready at 8:25pm. I sat at the pickup window being ignored for around 20 mins. There were Several workers in there btw. All walking around looking confused. Several workers saw me sitting at the pickup window, not one person bothered to come over to help me. I parked and went in. Soon as I get in one of the old gray hair women started working the pick up window. I wasn't the only car that got out of line and went in. I think the place would run a lot more smoothly if the two old gray haired geriatric ladies wasnt there. Both were so confused like they didn't know wth was going on. Taste of the pizza, crust was chewy and my pizza was warm not hot. I will never again go there , I should have followed my first mind and went to PIRRONE'S. Way better quality, wayyyy way better.

My food was hot and made exactly how I ordered. I liked that there was a delivery option, pickup and a pickup window/drive thru option. I went inside and the staff was really nice

Rude ower tells me it's not fast food after 30 minute wait on one pizza two topping refuse to give recipt for refund and handed me paid recipt back that wasn't a imo's receipt at all, yelling to me get out of his store. Workers walking around like they don't care. One worker told me pizza would be out 4mins after coming back in after 20 mins from ordering everyone ignored me.Ower comes out to count cash in draw still ignored me and when I spoke he says pizza just went in give it five minutes.I request refund avoid this place don't make rude people rich.

Horrible experience two weeks in a row, this time when calling to ask why my order was running 30 min late, the lady who answered was incredibly rude and hung up on me. Yeah, I'm done will never give this location business again. Ps don't use same excuse on the same customer two times in a row Ok so edit to review, the gm came to the house and made it better, but it doesn't change the attitude of the person on the phone.
