BEWARE!!! Scamming and card fraud. Came to this location and had my bank card information stolen. The drive tru guy said CARD ONLY and when I got to the window, the way he was handling my card told me something was up but I never minded it. Two days later I see a pending charge on my card that I did not do. Called my bank and immediately cancelled the card. PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE.

Atmosphere? It was like a drive through...duh! The food was great! I always get the Sourdough Jack. I got it quickly. The staff was courteous and friendly. The prices are really getting outrageous though! 3 Sourdough Jacks, 1 small fry, 1 small drink - $28!!! Seriously??? My Social Security hasn't changed much at all since I was getting a Sourdough Jack combo meal for 5.79! I used to go to Jack In The Box 5 or 6 times a month. Now I can only afford it once in 5 or 6 weeks! You folks are pricing yourselves out of my business...

Ordered my food on line at 9: 33pm They said it would be ready at 9:42pm. Pulled up sat to the window at about 9:43 didn't get my food till 9:58. They had the bag sealed. Got to the home and took out the food and everything was cold and dry as well as almost stail like. Im so disappointed with these lazy people who dont want to drop fresh food. This store is notorious for this at night time. I waisted $26.80 on food that was old and probably sitting. This is ridiculous and un acceptable. Never. Listen people do not go to this restaurant at all.

Went to pick up an online order and their doors were locked two hours after opening time forcing me to wait in a slow moving drive thru. I wouldn’t recommend this location because they are beyond slow, ignores their customers and the rest rooms are always out of soap and gross.

This place should be closed down. The customer service is horrible, they don’t acknowledge your presence. The place is disgustingly dirty inside the restaurant and bathroom. The service desk where you order your food is dirty. There is a 45 minute wait for food you will never receive. Horrible Horrible Horrendous customer service experience. Will Never go here again in life. And will be sharing my experience via my social media accounts where I have over a million followers.

Lousy, Lousy, Lousy service . Walked up to counter no one acknowledged that I was even there. Three workers near by wouldn’t even look in my direction. Man wearing a black shirt who I assume to be the manager on duty was working the drive through came over got something from underneath the counter right in front of me and didn’t acknowledge me standing there.He went back to the drive through area and didn’t come back to take my order. After waiting what seemed to be ten minutes I called to him he yelled out one moment. Really!!!!! I do not recommend this place. Go somewhere else , just on principles alone .
