The last two times I've had to cancel my orders after waiting up to 2 hours. That isn't an acceptable delivery time. Any food that has been sitting out for that long is no longer safe to eat. If you can't deliver food in a reasonable amount of time, don't have delivery service listed. This used to be a good freaky fast location, so not sure what happened. I assume they don't want to pay a living wage to folks and are therefore understaffed.

I don't appreciate them canceling my order just to tell me there not accepting cash. Now I missed out on my 5.99 coupon deal. This locatin is horrible I don't like debit cards and I don't appreciate them canceling my service. If they didn't accept cash then the app shouldn't of said that as a payment option. Just close this location already who ever that guy is that runs the store is rude and needs to be investigated

You HAVE to try that #9 Italian EXTRA OIL AND Vinegar..... I know I know trust me! Gotta have that extra for the moisture!!! I had an employer of the restaurant get me hip and I NEVER turned 🔙! The cookies 🍪 are really good although I haven't tried anything outside of the chocolate chip one. They did not bring me my order tho they gave my order to one of my co workers who could have easily just taken my order. Pulled up to the drive thru window and noticed a bag and drink next to the register. I also noticed a cell phone was on next to the register and waiting for a response. I was handed the bag (no napkins) and drink (no ice) but hey at least the cashier was able to respond to her text instead of doing her job. This location has definitely gotten slow but that’s expected when you’re on your cell phone at work.

What happened to Jimmy John's being freaky fast? Use to you order, and before you know it your food was at the door. Now it takes 45 minutes or longer. Just ordered, and the tracker said it left the store at 8:15. Didn't show up until 9:00. Wouldn't be a problem if it didn't consistently happen.

The cashier was nice and helpful..I don't know if it's a shortage on gloves, but the young man made 3 sandwiches with the same gloves about to make it four. So I wonder how before we got there. Plus the lettuce was bitter ?

Out of all the jimmy johns THIS jimmy johns is the best! Their sandwiches are always on point! When you say extra they put extra! The store is clean and always has great sandwich smells and the long time employees are just amazing with their customer service! Iv eaten at ALOT of Jimmy johns but seriously the sandwiches from this one always hit better then the others!
