Ordered sandwich for delivery, no mayo, no tomatoes, add onion and pickle. Received sandwich smothered in mayo, tomato and cucumber. SMH. It's not that complicated.

Usually love Jimmy Johns . But lately, it just keeps getting worse. Second time my order has been wrong, I got two tiny tomato ends and there was one slice of turkey on the second half of my sandwich. If you are gonna charge that much for a sandwich, do better! It will be a while before I go back.

Giving a 3 because I normally eat from this location but today 8/27 around 2:05pm that crew didn’t seem to care (young teens), also one of the girls with braids or twist was all on her phone and gave no assistance . They burnt my bread and made a sloppy sandwich with barely any meat . I will be calling for the manager tomorrow because I don’t spend my hard earned money on slop!

Over many orders, they are usually 20 minutes or more late even with a specified delivery time. Their time management is embarrassing. They need to reevaluate all of their managers.
