It's always a favorite but time...yuk! Ordered the 5 strip combo, looked good on the picture, even ordered extra strips, and have to order 3 at a time. Not good, small thin strips, nothing like photo, more like what you would buy in a frozen bag from store. Stringy, chewy, and didn't even taste like KFC. Terrible and false advertising.

It makes no sense to have an attitude in the drive through over chicken. I ordered a 2 piece and asked for 2 legs. They gave me a leg and a thigh. So I asked for the leg and the girl’s attitude was horrible. You would think this is coming out of her pocket. Customers are the reason you have a job.

Went to the store at 10:50 a.m. website says Store opens at 10:30am. doors lock and drive thru with automated system saying go ahead with your order with no live person never responding to actually take my order. Store apparently not open yet!

It is past 1230 on a Saturday and they are not open wow
This place does not deserve a rating at all. This was actually my first time coming here because I received deals in the mail. The drive thru was backed up but no one who worked there told us they were not taking orders so we were all in line waiting until we basically go tired. It took us to go inside to see what was going on. We went in there and they were not working at all. There were people on the inside who were dining in and waiting on food and drinks and you can over hear the employees being very unprofessional as if the customers were wrong for wondering where their orders are and why you have employees back there with no work ethic. Someone finally came to the front and said we are no taking any orders until or site manager get here. So the manager is not there yet and the employees where nasty to the customers and taking thier time. This site need to either be shut down or they need to do a site sweep and replace the current employees with people who actually bring work ethic. I can't be lying I mean look at the comments before me. This place is a mess. I left and went down the street to churches and .y order was done in less than 6 minutes and it was all fresh. Thanks Churches.

This KFC in Florissant Mo needs to be shut completely down, the service is just terrible, I really don’t understand how they are still open for business because they hardly even have chicken it’s absolutely ridiculous to the point where they never have no chicken, they are always out of this out of that every time I try to patronize them. Today I stop there to get my mom a KFC bowl and the young lady that’s always rude stated “ uuum I can’t take no orders till my manager get back, I’m like are you serious but I shouldn’t be surprised because this is always this location, I’m sorry something needs to be done ASAP with this Store

I went through drive through my order was taken correctly I got to the window the drive thru window was open while the cashier back was to me maybe 2 mins when she turned I greeted her she replied and I stated please let me have fresh food I've been working all day she replied it's all fresh we've been busy all day I replied great she gave me my total $10.90 I gave her a $20 she returned my change $ 11.10 and walked away still on her phone then another cashier with headsets gave me my food. I asked for my receipt and was told the machine was not working. As I drove down Lindbergh I opened my box and tasted the nastiest food like the chicken was dropped back into the grease with no flavor. I was to tired to return my food . 10/03/24 estimated 7:15 pm 4 PCs special. Really KFC y'all taking hard earned money. Not pleased!!!!!

Chicken was horrible, some was not cooked good. Really dark not good tasting . I from another state if we hadn't got back HighwayM I would have brought it back . Waste of my monies and time . Never again .
