Got a two piece to go and when I went home the portions were extremely small. I called the next day to let the manager know and she told me I had to bring the food back. Like really???? I've never had this issue before with a fast food restaurant! They usually tell me to at least bring the receipt back so they can replace the order but she told me that's their policy. Will never go back there again!!!

Very unprofessional & Rude! Horrible customer service, rude management staff with poor customer service skills. Long wait times, with no sense of urgency. Food was totally unacceptable, luke warm and dried out. Returned immediately! I have given this place more than enough chances to improve. Unfortunately, I will NOT PATRONIZE THIS NONSENSE. I will drive the extra miles to Lee’s on West Florissant who seems to ALWAYS provide excellent customer service and food is always fresh & hot!

Horribly rude.

The country fried steak meal was good and the baked beans have the best flavor with the bits of bacon in them. The seasoning on the Fried Chicken wings and drumstick was 🔥! They would have gotten five stars but we ordered a water and it tasted like a flat Sprite....🙄

This place look like it was closing. When coming in I could have sworn I was going to a mime show. Everyone was mute. The young man Stanley F was to busy with side conversation that he was unable to give proper condiments even after repeating. This place is the epitome of bad service. Next time I decide on fried chicken lees will be my last choice from out of town and was recommended but in my opinion bad recommendation. This place looks vacant and is filthy. Chick was over cook and biscuit was hard as a rock 1 starts overall. Then give e a kids ice cream scoop of potatoes not only is this it’s childish but joke is on lees.

I ordered Catering for Saturday, (9/7) at (2:00)on Wednesday (9/4). The young lady on the phone was very pleasant, patient with answering my questions, and read back the order, name, phone number, and time requested to ensure all was correct which consisted of:(50) piece Classic; (1) gallon Green Beans; and (24)Biscuits. Upon arrival at 1:55 we were greeted with the cashier Jalen E. with a smile, checked me out and said she is wrapping things up for you. They were very busy, but he remained calm, and kept us informed of our order. When it was done the young lady who prepared the food (I wish I had gotten her name), and Jalen brought the food to our car, and asked if there was anything else we needed!! They are THE BEST, in customer care I have ever met in this business. I could not wait to write this review because their Customer Service deserved to be recognized and Commended!! Ohhh, and the food was impeccable, Soo Good, and HOT!!!! Everything was to order and EXCELLENT!!
