Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

Wouldn't recommend going there, went through drive thru, unprofessional in taking order, not quoting price and greeting or thanking you. Food was cool,didn't want to waste my beautiful energy with an uncaring conversation. 0 stars and horrible service. Needs to be retrained on customer service.

Food is ALWAYS old and dry!! Lees in St Charles is always good. This location is the total opposite which is sad.

Also was charged 5 times for one meal. I contacted the store and spoke with a manager who advised me to call corporate. No apologies or anything. I will contacting my bank and reporting the fraudulent activities. Ppl check your accounts!!!

Excellent location, food was fast. Hot, fresh, and tasty to boot. Staff had a missive catering order and worked the drive thru and me as a walk in customer flawlessly.

Ordered 16pce meal and 10pce dark meal they shorted me breast and a side of coleslaw. When I called to talk to them about it they acted like oh things happened it was if they didn't care......
BE SURE TO CHECK THAT ALL OF WHAT YOU PAID FOR IS THERE......

There isn't a Lee's in San Diego ,so I look forward to this chicken when I go to Saint Louis. Although the cars that line up to get their drive through order is always present, one would believe that its indicative of being worth the wait and taste. It has fallen off really bad. The serving is sloppy and the food is tasteless. I will absolutely not miss this when I visit the Lou. Not sure if the recipe changed or what happened but its not what it used to be.

I came to this location at opening time. Got the chicken strip lunch special. The strips were cold and tasted like they were a day old. The biscuit was hard. The potatoes wedges were hot , I was pulled to the side to wait on my order so all should have been fresh. Very disappointed. I asked for lemon packs after all that wait was not in bag..

Dined in, a young lady with a blonde wig was very unprofessional using foul language on the front line. The dining area was filthy, floors dirty, tables as well. Chicken was fried way too hard.

They got my order wrong. Giving wrong orders to people. The car in front of me the order was wrong. My order was wrong. Chicken was good & fresh after 9pm. Overall no real complaints

The biscuits were very delicious. The chicken wasn't as crispy as I wanted it to and it wasn't very good.. The Chicken Sandwich was delicious. The rice was very oily.
But the customer service was perfect. The girls were really nice.
