Never will I ever go back to this location. I’ve been twice in the last month. The first time I called to join the waitlist , I was told 10 minutes that turned into a hour . No problem you know , just a busy day. Food was 7/10 so I just couldn’t complain with the wait of being seated and how long it took for my food to come. Second time I did a curbside . Food was cold , fixed incorrectly and they did not want to remake it or give me a refund . Definitely do not recommend going to this location and if you do not after 9pm.

I love this place but steaks was terrible. No seasoning. No taste for a second I thought I had covid but others at my table said their steaks was tasteless.. OMG I order a filet steak They bought a cube flat dry steak. And the manager wanted to argue with me. Wait 30-40 minutes with about 9 people sitting at tables.The restaurant was empty

The food was really good but never use a prepaid card here. My order was $80 and they charged that plus 20% gratuity which was not agreed upon and we gave the trainee $20 cash tip that she stuck in her pocket. We spoke with a mgr and he claims the bank of the card held those funds. So they held the exact amount of 20% of the bill? We will be disputing this. Because they took upon themselves to charge 20% if my bill ruined our entire experience and we will not be visiting this location again.

If I could leave negative stars i would. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:18pm thru curbside pickup. I went inside at 8pm and my order still wasn’t ready.

If I could give zero stars then I would. I was dissatisfied with the overall experience was. I ordered curbside pickup, nobody brung the food out to the car after waiting 25 mins after checking in. The food was ice cold and undercooked. We put the steaks and potatoes in the oven to cook.

The food and service were excellent! The server Iyanna was excellent. She was very attentive, friendly and personalble. I haven't been to Longhorn in quite some time! I will definitely be back very soon! The steak was cooked to perfection. Actually, everything was excellent!

We came in for my birthday three weeks ago and while I had never actually been to this location in the past, I have to say that I was impressed and service was excellent! We had a party of 13 which can be quite challenging for one server to handle, but she did an incredible job and not a single thing was forgotten. Food was cooked perfectly and delicious as always. I have always said they have, hands down, the BEST lobster I've ever had. They even brought out a free ice cream sundae for my birthday which was a nice touch as I wasn't expecting it, but the writing on it was beautiful and she even lit a candle on top of it for me. I already can't wait to go back!

I understand that Valentines Day is a busy day for all restaurants so I wasn't expecting fast service. I did expect for my waitress to at least be the person waiting on our table. We saw her maybe twice, I placed my order and then an hour later I was informed that what I ordered was no longer available. Now everyone else food is ready to come to the table and the manager asked if I wanted to place a different order. No I want to cuss and act an ass but I will not. I let my family enjoy their food and then went home.

My salary and dragon fruit drink was wonderful , but my baby back rib was burnt on one side , so they comple meal. The whole groups food was excellent 👌 but, mines was terrible and I got sick the next day. Missed four days of work with the stomach virus. Diarrhea, upset stomach, all a doctor bill, terrible for me. Wonderful for my friends.
