Ordered dry rub wings and got plan wings with no rub at all. Lady at front desk did nothing to address issue. Poor customer service.

We had the most amazing meal last night. All the meat our family tried (ribs, mann candy, brisket, chicken patties and brats) were smoked to perfection. All the sides were good but the butter potatoes are incredible! We were amazed at the quality of the buns, too. Truly this family is just doing an incredible job giving great food at a really wonderful value.

Mann Meats catered our wedding of 160 people. The owner Bob went above and beyond with communication and making it the easiest process. Food wise, he made it all happen so we had the perfect wedding menu! They delivered and set up the buffet line for us. The service was exceptional and now let me talk about the food! Absolutely delicious. He had the meat in vacuum sealed bags so nothing dried out or got soggy. He left his warming containers so our 2nds didn’t get cold. We got pulled pork, pulled chicken, and burnt ends. It was all high quality and little to no fatty/chewy pieces among the 58lbs of meat we ordered. We love that we get to talk about Mann Meats now every time we talk about our wedding!

There’s no shortage of good bbq in stl so you really have to be good to be competitive here and Mann Meats is VERY good. This is the place locals go to. What really sets them apart is the owner. You really can’t find someone who is more invested in the St. Louis community. He did a ton for tornado relief and is one of the biggest supporters of firefighters in the area.

Pre ordered in afternoon with a later pick up time. Got there a little before pickup time and told it wasn't ready so I can take a seat, which I did. Lady brought out my order and put it down. Went to pay. I paid with a,fifty (ordered a, sandwich, and 1/2 slab of ribs and a side of coleslaw). Was questioned that I was paying with a fifty dollar bill. Get home. The pulled pork sandwich had no bun, and the coleslaw was not good.

Terrible experience at Mann meats today. First time and last time customer all at once. Sandwiches were super small with no sides and insanely expensive to not include a side. We asked for pickles onions and sauce on the side and didn’t even get any of that after paying $30 for 2 sandwiches not to mention the burger was raw.

Ordered smoked salmon and omg No.. Literally tasted like it was microwaved with butter and gave to me. No it’s not smoked at all. I went back in to get something different and got a brat.. There was a small difference that was owed to me I asked For a soda and she still tried to charge me which I don’t understand. It’s an absolute NO FOR ME.. The brat tastes as if it’s been sitting there for a while but for $7 I’m Going to eat it 😭 . Smh Highly disappointed ☹️

Probably the best BBQ we’ve ever had. We ordered delivery and the food was still hot and delicious. The family meal is an EXCELLENT value. So much food. Sauce came with the meal, but let me tell you - you don’t really need it. The meat is the star of the show and stands up on its own. I love that the owner supports the community - other businesses, first responders, families with special needs. Bravo! Proud to be North County Strong!
