Literally waited 15 minutes in the drive-through with a ton of cars. I finally called the restaurant and spoke with the manager and the reason why they weren’t taking anyone’s order is they said it was because of shift change and they were waiting for people to show up. Once I exited the drive-through and looked inside there was plenty of people to take orders and prepare food. So I guess if no one shows up, they just quit working.

Absolutely the slowest mcdonalds I ever been to!! Came here yesterday at 550am sat here till 615am no answered. Drove off and saw two workers through the window just standing there.

Kiosk was out of paper and didn't print receipt. Got attitude when I was asked what my order number was, explained it didn't print anything and her response was "you don't know what you ordered?" Yes I do, but again it didn't print out my number.
Not the customers fault your machines aren't functioning. First and last time at this location

So slow mobile order took 30 min for a happy meal and mc double meal
I understand we have a lot of young people working. There's no professionalism anymore. Food was cold and they put the wrong sauce in the bag. I typically avoid the driv-thru for this very reason.

This would have usually been a bad review however 2 employees actually made the experience turn around.Came inside for my food and an employee with an open POS was standing there but not taking orders.We went to the order machine but it was not working properly.A lady came in after us and the same employee took her order.Niyla an employee noticed we needed help and tried to assist. We walked to the POS machine to have the employee take our order she refused and complained.Another young lady don't know her name had burgundy twists saw and came to take our order.These two ladies have an amazing attitude and work ethic.They took care of us and went above and beyond so I'm leaving a positive review only because of them.They need a bonus or raise!It's because of employees like them that I'll come back again.Thank you to Niyla and the other young lady.The other employee i give you a negative zero.
