My sister and I stopped at this location at midnight. I was very impressed, the customer service was amazing from each window and the food was fresh without having to ask. The ladies at the window were very kind courteous and professional. I had to place a review to let everyone know there are STILL good hardworking professionals at some Mcdonald locations. Thank you Ladies for all you do!

I don't understand why it at 11:30 a.m. on a Monday the inside is closed down. Like there are people that don't have any place to go eat because they drive around on their vehicles all day for work.

This is the worst mcdonald's location.I have ever been to before even getting to the door it was a horrible smell that made me sick to my stomach when I opened the door it became stronger nothing.Smelled like food, it smelt so bad I almost gagged, had to cover my nose. I came in and stood at the counter and no one approached me to take my ordeThey just sat there staring laughing and the kids a few feet from me were laughing playing on their phone and going behind the counter and coming back out.So I wasn't sure if they worked there or not.Because they were waiting for food. This establishment is unorganized, extremely dirty and has no control. I left with no food or service

I drove through with a simple quarter pounder with cheese order and ordered a caramel frappuccino what was my turn they said can you please pull forward till we get to your frap 10 cars later I walked into the store to find out what was going on and they hadn't even started making it so by the time I got my drink all the rest of my food was ruined because it was so cold the fries were half off with no salt I not only will not go back to this McDonald's again anybody I know I will also tell them don't go here it doesn't matter how fast you are or it's all cold when you get it

This is the 3rd time that I have ordered a Basket of Fries at this location and each time the fries were not done. They were horrible so I went to another McDonalds location in Florissant and it was the same. What a waste of money.

Drove from alton. Burnt fries(redipped) oldest nuggets and my cheeseburgers were both like hockey pucks. Never thought I'd make a review for mcdonald's because my expectations aren't that high but It is so god awful I spent a total of 30 minutes driving to get something I wouldn't feed my dog.

I wish I could give this place no stars! My Chocolate Shake was a Chocolate blended coffee Shake! It was gross and cookies were burnt
My grandbabies love the indoor playground here. It's one of the few McDonald's that still have one. So it's worth it just for this reason, especially during inclement weather. I'm not sure how often they clean the playground, but I bring hand sanitizer and wipes for my grandbabies to use throughout stay there.

I just left this location. Horrible customer service, period. The drive thru was taking long and no problem. No sorry for your wait. The young lady who handed me out food. Double horrible service. I asked her for an item and she didn’t tell me she put them in the bag. She literally gave me an attitude plus the extra lip service. Please get these young people together if they will be working with the public. The eye rolling and attitude is unnecessary. That was unacceptable. Customer service 0 stars.
Update: 9/29/25 At first, I said I was no longer patronizing this location. However, they are my closest McDonald’s. I went here around 8:30 pm on Wednesday which yes is usually the busiest time. It was definitely a wait, but Armani was awesome. From the time she got on the intercom to the time she gave me my total and the young lady whose name I did not capture who gave me my food. For it to be late after a long day, they made that evening pleasant. They provided excellent service and I mentioned that to Armani as well. She didn’t just say my total, give me my card and receipt. She showed cheerfulness like she wanted to be there and help people. I love great service! Keep up the great work!

There was a time when you would be given your food for free if it took too long. Tonight it took 45 minutes in the drive up. When I was given the bag, not a word was said. Not thank you, not sorry for your wait.

Literally waited 15 minutes in the drive-through with a ton of cars. I finally called the restaurant and spoke with the manager and the reason why they weren’t taking anyone’s order is they said it was because of shift change and they were waiting for people to show up. Once I exited the drive-through and looked inside there was plenty of people to take orders and prepare food. So I guess if no one shows up, they just quit working.
