Its always an issue coming to this location, mainly the long wait for the simplest things at times.

Did a mobile order, and upon arrival sat at the speaker (no other cars in drive thru, just me) for 5mins without anyone saying something to me. I then pulled up to the 2nd (food) window. There was a lady taking orders when I pulled up when means she clearing heard me even when I asked if someone would be able to take my order. I pulled up to the window stating I had a mobile order, in which she said I should've stayed at the speaker. I think tf not. I had to wait for my food so I got pulled up in a designated druve thru spot. Waited for about 5 mins.

I try to avoid this location at all costs. Howdershell aint the best either, but definitely better than Shackelford. Even Florissant Oaks location is better.

Waited in line to place an order. After 30 min we get to the speaker, we finally get someone to get our order. Lady told us she will be right with us. In the mean time, two cars in the right side drove up to the pay window after having their orders taken. 45 minutes wasted. Literally watched 15 cars drive off but we got stuck in line Seems to be a common issue around the area. Done with McDonald’s after this.

Don’t go around 4 pm, you’ll sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes or more because watching cars leave one by one because it’s shift change and nobody shows up on time, apparently. How is this okay?

This is usually a friendly and fast restaurant with good customer service , today in 2025, I received horrible customer service , arriving I wasn’t acknowledged until 17 mins later and when spoken to I was told to hold I figured the restaurant was closed down after another 15 mins waiting & I didn’t receive any apologies also speaking to the manager Mario , he seemed to be overwhelmed and stressed also with no apologizes about waiting to place a order or receiving bad food I won’t be back ,

They had a long line. Took two orders got them through the drive through . Then took two more orders. Wait time are ridiculous and then the lady taking order was screaming cussing vulgarities in the mic then to me. She had long fake green nails. This place needs a REFORM.

THE WORST Customer Service Ever. The managers need to be retrained or fired.i was in drive thru and ordered an apple pie with my order but the manager failed to the the employee in drive thru that they didn’t serve apple pies till lunch. So I was just waiting. Than I told the manager Elijah that I will notify corporate because this is the second time I have experienced bad service. Second, they have the lobby packed with customers that have not been helped a shame. Lastly I was in the drive thru a couple months ago and the young guy took my order but never came back to give me my total. After 10 min of sitting there I finally went in and he said his manager told him to stop taking orders. What a shame.

Terrible service anytime sure the morning shift leaves and its sad!!!! I was in line for over 20 minutes stuck!!! There’s no way it should take this long to try to order!!!! The people need better management and train you employees!!!! Ask Chick Fil A what’s their prices!!!!
