This location is the slowest location I've ever been to, everytime I go there, regardless of time of day, they leave you sitting at the speaker for 10 minutes and then you still have to wait another 10 minutes for food...this is even after I've ordered ahead on the app!

I had the worst customer service. The older Latino lady was rude and disrespectful . I told her I paid for a large drink with an up charge of.$.20 on my ticket. She said no you did not but I had my receipt with an extra $,20 for a large drink. I will never go back and hope no one else will.

I went thru drive thru they asked me to pull up to spot 1. Where i waited almost 10 minutes. I went in they claimed to be waiting on fries and chicken nuggets. Mind you cars are leaving the drive drive thru. Just say you forgot about my order. Then the fish sandwich bun was hard as a rock. Never ever will I return!!

Waited in the drive thru for 15ish minutes and didn't even get my order taken, went inside and ordered, waited another 20 for my food, staff was rude and didn't even look at me when I was handed my order

Writing this review as my boyfriend is STILL waiting. He was waiting in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes with nobody answering, and going in, nobody was at the front desk. they take for EVER and we are unsure if we will even be served breakfast. he got there at 9, went in at 9:30 (kudos to his patience because i would of went to a whole different mcdonalds) and is still waiting a long time waiting for his food after ordering on the kiosk. My grandma used to also try to come here and would have the same issues, sometimes never even getting her food. Get like howdershell or up your game🥀 my familys purposefully avoids this mcdonalds for its horrible customer serbice and lack of attention / improvement

The drive thru was awful. We waited 20 minutes to pay and get our food. People were abandoning the line after they ordered because it was taking so long. No apologies or justification, just slow service.

Perceived manager was an ignorant dark skinned female insistent that I change a mobile order to counter order. I use the app for cheaper pricing and ability to pay with venmo. Not my idea of customer service as the app is cumbersome. There should be more employees and less attitude. I drive a vehicle that doesn't fit thru drive thru , quit making me do your job, I should not have to learn an app to order food. This shift manager was excessively ignorant and abusive at approximately 2:40pm 10-13-25
