I went through the drive-thru and it went really fast even though there was three other cars in front of me my food was hot and my soda was cold

I just sat there for 15 minutes in the outside lane while they waited on five people on the inside lane and don’t even turn off the mics as they’re arguing over the speakers had to leave because I couldn’t even get waited on worst service ever at this McDonald’s Early morning breakfast is the only time I can ever get waited on

I Had Came Up There At 3:15 a.m To Order Some Food After A Late Night Of Work To Hear They Are Closed At The Moment which a male was speaking at that moment. I heard around they like closing when they like to. Then i called the store when i had got home at 3:30 and a old lady speaked to me and tried telling me no i did not come up here and i told her i wanted to hear from her general manager to address this issue with their late night shift. Thank You

Used drive through. Got to the window to pay and employee was looking at her phone. Sat there a bit and she didn't acknowledge us. Car in front of us moved so we pulled up to pickup window. Young man at pickup window very nice though he said the person at the pay window said we should have paid her. We paid at pickup and got our food. If you want people to pay at the first window tell the employee to stay off her phone and not ignore the customer.

Consistently the worst mcd’s. Staff is normally very rude and my food is commonly wrong. Its the closest and most convenient but I have started driving to different mcdonalds just to get good service.

Pulled up to pay at the 1st window and the employee at the window was talking to other staff using foul language. I paid for my order only to get to the next window and my order was missing food .When I looked at my receipt, The employee that took my order rang my order incorrect so They handed me another sandwich out the window which still made my order incorrect. . I told them I was missing a small fry and they said for me to get a fry I had to go back around in line to pay instead of me paying at the window. I was told the back window was the only register . At that time I was the only car in line .I asked can I give my card for them to swipe instead of me driving back around and was told no . The person that took my order was standing around the pick up window . I asked for a refund since I didn’t have all the items to feed my family then the manager was able to walk to the back and swipe my card for a refund for my order .Smh
Previously before this the young lady at the window was using foul language as well and completely ignored me while waiting for her to finish her inappropriate conversation with her co workers for me to pay for my order. When she finally turned to make eye contact she rolled her eyes and just reached for my payment. This Location is convenient for me but I will go elsewhere to receive better customer service.
