I Placed a mobile order pulled to the drive thru just to get told it’s a shift change it will be a 10-15min wait and ask if I can pull to the lot. I waited in the lot for 20mins pull back to drive thru just to get told they closed ..I had told them I already paid for my food and u just told me u guys was doing a shift change ..so she said pull around I pull around to sit for 40mins to get told they not making the food they not messing up the the grill again …. So they didn’t want to make me any food I had ask for the manger the young lady proceeded to say with a nasty attitude I am the manger ..and told me they wasn’t making my food and do the refund so after going back n fourth for a few they decided to make my food I didn’t get what I order on the fact they didn’t want to dirty up the grill again so I had got a chicken sandwich instead of my McDouble .REMIND YOU ITS ONLY 10pm didn’t get any food until 10:56 why is y’all closing at 10

I'm get tired of going to restaurants near my house and the orders are ALWAYS wrong. Either something is the wrong size, something not included and to add to it nobody speak to you at all. It's fast food and I'm not expecting a 5star meal but a hello or something would be nice to hear and stop messing up all the orders.

Last two times me and my brother went to this location have been terrible. First time they gave us the wrong order and when we were looking at the food there was hair in the McMuffin. Second time we ordered quarter pounders and both turned out to not be cooked and were fully pink in the middle. Don’t go to this McDonald’s unless you want to get sick.

For 5 To 6 Months Service Has Been Slow At This Location .I Have Been Sitting In The Drive Thru For Over 15 Mins Every Week For Half A Year I Use To Work At McDonald's Years Ago & We Had A Timer & Management & Staff Did EveryThing In There Power To Make Customers Happy. Today I Go (For My Child) & Same Thing Goes On ,Slow Drive Thru Then The Working Teenagers Were At The Front Door Smoking Marijuana With The Door Half Way Opened I Was Just Disappointed. I Have A Child & I Come Here Every Week For Fries ,Plain Cheesburger & Nuggets .The ,New Management Or Staff Needed

These young people that work here are very rude and they closed their mc Donald's door at ,5:30 they don't like taking orders at the counter they make you go to the kiosk and that's not cool they didn't put ice in my drink then filled it to the line of the middle cup. I'm not eating here anymore

Horrible customer service! If you guys aren't open then why does the app let you order? Let's see if the system actually cancels my order this time. The last time I visited here we ordered two McFlurries and the machine was down. The very rude lady inside told me to just dispute it with my bank. I shouldn't have to do that you guys should have a better system.
This morning when I go in the entrance sign says drive-thru open 24 hours. The sign on the window says they open at 5:00 a.m. The lady at the Drive-Thru said they open at 6:00 a.m. and it was 4:30 when I showed up. So what time exactly do you open?

Update 3 years later. It's still awful. Only myself in the drive through and it took 10 min before I was even spoken to and then was immediately asked to hold when I tried to order. Just don't go here.
Just left Parker Rd McDonald’s. Ordered and paid for hotcake and sausage. Got home only hotcakes. Called restaurant no answer. Luckily I had guy take pictures of receipt since no receipt physically available. The meal needs to be replaced. Ms. P.
