The woman on the drive thru intercom informed us there were no cups and forced us to change our drink orders to bottled water. When we pulled up to get our food we were informed there were cups but mismatched lids. We got our drinks in lids that were dome lids. The communication at this McDonald's could be better.

Mistakenly ordered a medium fry on the mobile app. Asked for a large at the window and was told I ordered a medium. I said I will pay the difference and she proceeds to tell me it’s a two dollar difference. According to the menu, .80 is the difference. A simple math test may be needed as part of the training.
