Ashley have good customer service food was on point I will be shopping again

Wow the wings are so tiny, like half the size of normal wings but for the same price. The fries weren't very good either. The taste on the wings was fine but man what a huge disappointment and definitely not worth it. I would not recommend.

My call in went very well, when I picked up my food (3 piece catfish meal) the young lady at the counter was very polite & kind, and the catfish was delicious! One piece didn't look like the others, so Im guessing they redropped it in grease, but I ate it first and it was very good.

Amazing food. Big portions, great flavor. Definitely one of our favorites in the St. Louis area!

I waited 50+ minutes for a delivery pick up, after being told 10 minutes, then 20 minutes. They killed my ability to make the minimum wage they make, then have the audacity to tell me to "Have a blessed day." on my way out. A "blessed day" would involve never coming here again!

I order 25 pc wing tray with fries, half lemon pepper and half honey glazed. They barely put lemon pepper on the wings, they where really just plan Frl then the honey glaze sauce taste like bbq sauce and mustard ??‍♂️ waste of $40 could just got wingstop

I ordered the 15 piece party wings. For the price it seems as if the wings themselves are getting smaller and smaller. If the wings are going to be that small the price should be lower. Tasted good but the sizes of the wings are smaller than when I first started going there. Wings are smaller than the cheese cup.

Everything went well with the service, but my STEAK WAS SUPER TOUGH AND CHEWY.. ?...I could not eat it. I had to spit out every bite because it wouldn't break down. I didn't even give any to my chihuahua in fear that she will choke from it. I ordered a medium well ribeye. Never again... I'll just get chicken next time. ?

Already going downhill. Started great. Good food and customer service. Now you’ll sit on hold because the girl at the register can’t multitask. If you’re ok with a 30 min wait and an attitude. It might be for you. I was told I sat on hold because they were busy. I only work 2 min away here now waiting and only two people have been here and one was here when I got here.

Horrible didn’t get my cheese on the fries

The forgot to add cheese to my fries that I paid for and the piece of fish was black on the inside so I just threw it in the trash. I just made a vow to myself not to go back there.
