I called in an order for a large cheese fry w jalapeños while I was otw I get there wait a few mins thn walk in and she told me she didn’t get the order in the system but she remembered the phone call so I ended up waiting another 20 minutes And made eye contact with the Lady at the register a few times, so then I walked up there and then they proceeded to ask me what was my order and I told them and they said I don’t know how your order didn’t get in the system It’ll be 15 minutes at this point I have been waiting for 45 minutes I don’t think I will be back

I normally go to the other one on 67. But I accidentally called in an order here tonight. I’m pregnant so I’m not that into meat . So I just get the veggie kabob extra veggies . I called in this order & the girl was shocked I only wanted veggies lol . Anyways they text me when my order was ready. Loved that & I thought it was going to be more money for some reason . Paid $10. Food was fresh & good . Young lady at the window must have been ready to go . She didn’t greet me or respond when I told her to have a nice night she just walked off. Never the less. I will be back. The food was great and they actually gave me extra veggies ! They also gave me a card for 15% off my next online order !

Been there two more times after this review and I actually was dissatisfied with my food . BOTH TIMES! . Today my rice is white ! Why do I have white rice and my food is unseasoned ! You can reference the picture below. The kabob rice is normally yellow or have a yellow tint . I will upload a picture . I will be dropping my food down to a 2 and bring the service up because the 2nd time I ordered the rice was hard and old and I did get my extra veggies I paid for. I thought y’all were good. Now I have to head back to the other one . The food is too inconsistent for me to keep Coming back spending money thinking I will be getting treated like the very first time I ordered . Get it together yall

The girls behind the counter are very nice and helpful. The food is so-so. My steaks are always tough and not very flavorful.

The food is good but in my opinion this location is a hit or miss.. the last few times I ordered my food was overcooked.. couldn’t eat it and that’s super disappointing

Just tried my absolute best to place a call-in order but the lady on the phone was so terrible I hung up w/o ordering. She was really awful. I won't be calling or eating there.
The whole wing dinners are delicious, for both the breaded and non-breaded. We got the 6 piece and the 10 piece whole wing dinner. Both come with seasoned fries and a soda. We called it in and picked it up. The food was great.
I’m visiting out of town with my family. There were not many options for late night dining. We stumbled upon this awesome place. Their customer service was good. The food was amazing especially the catfish highly recommended and the price was reasonable

don't know who was in the kitchen but they're seasoning with their imagination. my fries are overcooked, can barely bite into them. i got the catfish nuggets (could be mistaken for paper, it's so bland). my friend got this kebab bowl of some sort, bland, and overcooked. too expensive to be this nasty. 0/10. DO BETTER!p.s my cup of cheese for my fries was nasty, too. how is concession stand cheese nasty.... no complaints with the atmosphere or their customer service.
