My university placed a large order of donuts for an Easter event. The donuts were ready upon my arrival and the Old Town Donuts staff were friendly and helpful with getting the many boxes of donuts into my car. Highly recommended!

A difficult customer for some reason was present at midnight while I made my usual dough run. Angie show very good customer service and didn’t once let the patron behavior dictate her A+ service. Shame on the patron who had her kids present as well what a horrible example.

I would travel 25 miles to get one of their cinnamon rolls the best in St Louis by far. The staff is friendly and I'm not really a donut eater per se but they're cinnamon rolls are so so good
