I ordered through uber eats and when I received my food it was something in my chow mein thought it was a bug but I wasn't sure, I still dont know what it was. I picked it out and still ate it on the fact that I was hungry. The meat was terrible also and crab ragoon tasted disgusting. I woke up out my sleep in pain having a stomach virus and we know how that goes. I don't recommend this location something is not right there, then after reading the reviews it makes sense. St.Louis has to many real authentic Chinese restaurants to patronize them. That was my last time eating here. Beware
My husband and I went to this location last night, but ended up leaving. We stood in line for 5 minutes with the line going nowhere. The some employees acted like they didn't know what they were doing. One of them weren't wearing gloves when putting food out and taking the empty bins to the back. Come on! That's just common sense! The other location is faster and they are ALL wearing gloves. This location sucks. The last time we tried eating here, we ended up leaving too.

I an usually patient and understanding but I kid you not, EVERY TIME I come to pick up an order there's ALWAYS an issue. Order is never ready, can't get acknowledged, I honestly don't get why they give pick up times because it's useless. They have to do better.

Review for Panda Express - Florissant, MO (1/27/2025)
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I am highly allergic to shrimp, so I always emphasize the importance of avoiding cross-contamination. While preparing someone else’s order, the manager accidentally got shrimp pieces in the lo mein noodles and didn’t notice. When it was my turn, I explained my allergy to another staff member, but I’m not confident that proper precautions were taken to prevent cross-contamination.
On top of that, the rice I received was extremely hard and not at an acceptable temperature, which made the overall meal very unappetizing. As someone with serious food allergies, I expect better food safety practices, and the quality of the food was below expectations.
I hope this location can address these issues to ensure a better experience for all customers.

Panda Express prices are always reasonable and the food is good. The noodles can be a little dry so you should request for extra soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and/or sweet and sour sauce as the same with the rice, but for the price and the meal, it is a sweet deal. I mostly order the orange chicken as my main dish and that is good!
