Manager went above and beyond to fix the mistake i made. Ordered at the wrong location and even though i was mean at first they were so kind and understanding to me. Thank you. That was enough to change my bad day around. You never know what the last straw for somebody is. Being kind can go a long way.

I went to Panda Express today expecting to enjoy a nice meal for my lunch. However, upon opening my container to indulge in my meal, I stumbled upon a bug in my plate. I’ve never experienced such in my life, and I was highly disappointed once discovering this thing! I was unable to enjoy my meal and was left starving for the day. PANDA DO BETTER!

My husband and I ate there on mon oct 13 2025 and we both woke up in the early morning hours sick vomiting and having diarrhea the food was over priced the wait and lines where too long will not be back and would not recommend

I asked my mother to pick up my order that I made online while she was out. I got a text message at 7:37 PM stating that my order was hot and ready to be picked up. I got a call from my mother at 8:14 PM. She was very upset because not only was the order, not ready, but they had not even started making it yet. The order was placed at 7:27 PM. They didn’t tell her someone was working on it, and she literally found out that they were not. Of course, I tried to call to rectify the situation, but no answer and no voicemail box available. Probably won’t be going to this location again.

DO NOT EAT HERE THEY HAVE ROACHES. My bf and I got home and as we opened his food a baby roach crawled out of his rice. I can’t make this up. We always go here. For it to be a baby roach that means it’s more. We went to order take out. I called corporate and they gave us three coupons for free meals and our money back but they need to be closed down. Roaches carry many harmful bacteria. When we called and told them she laughed in the background and said she don’t know how it got there. That’s a lie.
The manager was super helpful. I didn't even know I lost my wallet. Someone turned it in and the manager immediately called me. Everything was still in my wallet. The food was great and the customer service was amazing.

Decent chain restaurant with good food and good service. Inside is usually clean and tidy, can be busy at times but the line moves pretty fast since everything is already cooked.

I've been to other Panda's in the area and this one by far has the best food! Hands down! If lm on the other side of town or in St. Louis proper, I will go out of my way to eat at this store! Customer service is Top Tier! Super and Yoko rock it!!!
