Visited for lunch through the drive through, and was met with the nastiest, rude and condescending worker across the intercom.
It didn’t get any better when I arrived to the window to pay, with no greeting or anything-while the woman just had her face twisted up like everyone ruined her day.
No name tag was worn, and when I received my receipt, no name was listed as who rung up the order.
Someone else brought my food to the window and I asked what the previous persons name was and was told she was a manager by the name of “Naija”, but she didn’t know how to spell her name.
If this woman is a manager, then this is even worse. Been coming here for over 15-years, worse experience yet. Panera Bread should to teach their reps better customer service skills.

I can get over having people get their orders before me even though they ordered after me, I can get over them seeing my order and going to the order after mine in their system, but all I ask is that I get what I paid for. This is not what I paid for.
I ordered two weeks ago two Mediterranean veggie whole sandwiches and I spend almost $15. Sandwiches have only cucumbers tomatoes onions and greens they forgot to put hummus and other ingredients or what but I didn’t pay only for bread and little veggies. Sandwiches taste horrible and I didn’t pay only for bread. I did survey and Shelby Sheron email me back and she ask me for my phone number so she can contact me but it’s been two weeks and I haven’t heard from Shelby at all. Very bad service if you are team manager you should take care customers complain and at least try to contact and resolve this issue. I was impressed with determination and dedication to serving their customers. I am especially impressed with the young woman who prepared the orders. She was professional and curious during a breakfast rush.

Came there at 7:40pm and they weren't open. I'm diabetic, hungry and feel very inconvenienced, i was really looking forward to this and Ill have to travel to the Bridgeton location 15min away 😪 please update your hours!
Food ok, but the place is dirty, service ok. It's a shame that all the locations don't have the same cleaning standards. Loved this brand but this location could do better.

Don’t bother using mobile ordering they don’t even make anything until you show up anyways. Then you have to wait in line like everybody else and ask for it. If you’re lucky, they’ll make it then but sometimes an ignorant customer will come up behind you and insist that they get their order first and they’ll do that. Needless to say crappy service this morning again. Hadn’t been here in months because of the bad service I had last time I just will not be coming back to this location

Weird experience today. I used my bday reward and ordered a brownie through the mobile app for pick up. Well as I walked into the establishment I saw the girl putting it into a bag and I told her that's probably mines and told her my name. She mentioned that it just had my first initial of my first name and complete last name and I informed her that its me. She went over to the manager and whispered to him about it, like she made me feel like I walked in from the street to LIE about a brownie. He than proceeds to come over and I told them I had the confirmation on my phone which I showed. I did say damn y'all are being weird, the manager chased me out the store calling me RUDE. WHen they were rude towards me and treated me like a criminal over a brownie as soon as I walked in. Very UNPROFESSIONAL, this wouldn't have happened at the clayton location. Low hanging fruit working here. Still not understanding what the initial issue was or why she involved the manager 🙄

Sunday morning. Waiting and waiting and waiting to even be acknowledged. Line growing. I asked server would anyone be taking orders soon and suggested that someone at least acknowledge the customers in line. She was pleasant but seemed frustrated. Soon after, order taken. Entry doors dirty. Store dirty. Floor in food prep area a mess. I love St. Louis Bread Co. And have been enjoying since the very first location on Delmar. I expect better. Order made at 11:06. It is 1130......still waiting
