I Normally Order Here And Most Of The Employees Attitudes Are Bad But Tolerable. This Time Not So Much They Delivered My Food To The Wrong Address I Tried Telling Them I Have A Camera On My Door And They Became Defensive And Disrespectful. They Still Swear That They Left It Outside My Door Even Though I Had Contact Delivery.

Large delivery order, pizza tracker showed "delivered" even though I hadn't received the order. I assume they get incentives for delivery time. I called the store to a very rude conversation despite my over the top kindness. She quickly told me that the driver had a another delivery and that it would be here soon. Standing here now, 10 minutes after the app told me it had been delivered and it still hasn't shown up.

I used the carry out online order. Worked as expected! I got the garlic butter on the crust and the pizza was perfectly cooked along with the breadsticks. I will order again!
Charged my card twice for a pizza and the manager caught an attitude as I was trying to explain. Not very demure, not very mindful.

If you order delivery from this location they will lie in the app and act like the order was delivered even though the pizza hasn’t arrived yet…poor customer service

Always have problems with this location. They will either close out the delivery to show its been delivered bc they have 1 driver going to multiple houses or they cancel the order without even telling the customer. Now im stuck waiting 45 mins to figure out where my food is just to be told that they cancelled my order if i want it ill have to come get it and pay again. If i was called and told there was an issue i would have went and picked it up.

I ordered online for delivery. The driver did not deliver to the right to the right address. The neighbor took the pizza. They were pleasant enough to give me another pizza and they finally delivered to the right address. The delivery drivers need to start looking at the apartment numbers when there is a delivery, if it’s confusing, they need to call the customer and let them know this is confusing. I don’t know what department can come out and get the pizza for me. This is unacceptable.

Undercooked pizza. Poorly cut pizzas (some big, some small, some not even cut thru slices). Also check your sides for missing or not all present. Service was great at fixing though before leaving and finding out at home. Overall 3/5 rating.
