This place was really wonderful. It's hard to find a place with gluten-free food that taste good. The service was great MJ didn't hesitate to let me know that they had gluten-free food. She went and got a menu real quick with no problem. She was very friendly and customer oriented. The next time that I'm back in St Louis I will come back to this Pasta House.

Ordered the 15" gluten free pizza. It was not 15".Got hamburger pizza. Other items were $3.25 extra.

Sat for over 20 mins. No service. Saw management playing around. Asked were we going to be served was told yes. No one came after another 10 mins. We left??

Food was consistently good, salad was good with ice cold plates, a bit too many lettuce "spines", but overall very good. my pesce all'a Fresta was very good, cooked just right. Why only 3 stars, because of the service, 10 people at lunch but took over 45 minutes for my food to arrive! Ouch, everyone was very nice, but way too slow for a lunch break!

Went inside to place a to go order. The young lady behind the conter dosen't greet you and very loudly asked.....What do you want to order Gave her the 1st item of my order and she gives me ghetto total. I said I'm not done ordering and she replied yeah. Where is the CUSTOMER SERVICE. Training is a virtue?

Spent $50 and got home fettuccine had no Alfredo sauce. Large order of noodles. Salad lettuce was mostly pink and bad. My wife’s pasta was fine. Pasta house has been my favorite but the last three times no flavor or spices or now no sauce. I am done with pasta house. Most visited st Charles location this review is based on the two locations. People were nice and helpful.

I grew up in North County and have ate at this location multiple times. Back then, it was the best. I moved away about 25 yr ago and was back in town in Nov 22. We placed 2 carry out orders; 1) Chicken Liver Linguine and 2) Tortellini. Two of our favorite dishes. Three of us that shared the Chicken Liver Linguine got food poisoning. I reported it to the store and never heard back so I called corporate and they did refund us the cost of the chicken liver dinner. They also try to pass it off that we could have gotten a stomach bug, because nobody else reported anything. I should have went with our gut instinct. When we pulled in the parking lot around 730pm, there was only two cars in the lot. I looked at my daughter and said this isn't good, but we noticed they closed at 8pm so maybe that's why there is nobody here. Would I eat here again NO WAY. Would I eat at Pasta House again. Naw, not after the corporate manager try to say it was a stomach bug. Come on we got food poisoning so something isn't being done correctly at this location.BTW, some of the chicken liver was under cooked, that's when we quit eating it but still got sick.

Gross. Horrible service. High prices and the food is trash! I couldn't eat any of it. Maybe it's because it's in n.county, but this meal did the whole brand a disservice.

Deluxe pizza was awesome. Split a 16 inch and one regular salad and had pizza leftover. Good service at Florissant location.

I'm done giving them a chance. A similar experience happened last time I tried to order at this location several months ago. I placed an online order, never received an emailed receipt. Called for 15 minutes to confirm the order, no one ever answered. Showed up a few minutes after the expected completion time and was immediately confused. One sign instructed carry out orders to call a #. The second sign instructed carry out orders to text a different #. Called again, no answer. The text, ghosted. When I first walked into the lobby, the only person there to greet me was other waiting customers. After a few moments, a gentleman (who was out of uniform) came to check on me. The host came over from talking at the bar once she saw the other gentleman helping me. (That's when she told me the order wasn't ready). It was a carry out order. I repeated several times my name, order, and which vehicle (sitting right in front of the door) I was in. After waiting in the car 20 more minutes I walked back inside. "Oh, I forgot all about your order," the host said. (DUH!) She had AirPods in so I guess that may be an explanation of why a phone was not being answered. The order was correct. Food lukewarm. The sour taste in my mouth from this experience may never go away.

The food was good, but the chicken was boiled instead of grilled. Chicken was hard to chew. Couple of their Fountain drinks were watered down. The Cesar salad was really good.
