Penn Station East Coast Subs

I must admit the food was fresh and good. However, the person fixing the food kept sneezing uncovered no mask, no nothing, never cleaned his hands nothing! I didn't even want to eat the food. The person dressing the sandwich was playing with her phone ear piece and then handling my food. Finally, the person handling the fries was wrapping condiments with saran wrap - and she was wearing gloves, but she used the same gloves to handle my fries.
There's was so much horrible sanitation that my appetite was ruined. I was terrified to eat it. The worse part is I had been craving a cheesesteak sandwich because we don't have Penn Station in Arizona. I took one bite and then threw it away because I didn't want to get sick.

Avoid at all costs. Honestly, it was $45 for me and my brother. A sandwich One large fry to share between us and 2 drinks, and I could have made quadruple at home and for better quality. Unfortunately, the food was severely undercooked. I don't think the cook has been properly trained. And on top of that, the bread and the ingredients that they use are subpar, it's just not worth it, unless you're going only for the French fries.

Food is really good just never get pizza sauce on anything, service is always good and in a timely manner, astonishingly atmosphere is always stale but you usually don't wait long at all.

Workers started fighting while I was waiting on my food. I asked for a refund and quietly walked out.

The lady I believe to be the manager was kind. The lady who took my order was short tempered! She didn’t like how I was taking time with my orders. Also I had what appeared to be French Fry crumbs in my cup and asked for another and her reply was “these little crumbs “. Insult to injury my fries had been sitting and were extremely cold! I called the store and was put on hold. I spent over $40.00 and bad see with cold fries. The store had just opened and wasn’t greeted by her when she opened the door. In my opinion your money will be better spent elsewhere!

Walked in and was completely ignored. Some lame trying to shoot his shot at another goofy. They were just there to collect a check. Meat looked old and dried out uncovered. Exactly why I don't spend money with these places. Terrible cs skills. You're there to work not hook up

Employees are rude, unfriendly.
If they make a sandwich wrong they won't remake it unless asked. When you realize you made a mistake you should own it and correct it, not just see what happens
