Decided to try Pirrone’s for the first time. Really wanted some good lasagna tonight and also got the ap sampler to-go. Disappointed in both. Too salty. Aps were not fresh and overcooked. Meat sauce was bland.
I ordered for pick up, so I can't really say anything either way about the atmosphere, but that was the best pizza we've had around town. We don't venture far, so I'm sure there are some great pizzas out there, but you need to try Pirrone's!
90% of the time you get Great pizza. Some days, however, the cook is off his game or having a bad day, but we can all have a bad day now and then, it's understandable. This is still my favorite pizza :)
