Two stars is being nice. Not only did they mess up the order in store, but they also forgot to include several items we paid for. The breadsticks were burnt, as well as most of the toppings. The pick up process took over 30 mins. After we realized they forgot to put things in the box, the call center said they can't do a refund but a store credit??? This place is horribly managed. Drive to St Charles if you want decent Pizza Hut. This store needs to be closed - this isn't our first bad experience with them. Never going back.

Yesterday, I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with bacon, Italian sausage and pepperoni plus a double wings with fries order, cinnamon buns and a soda. (I know that sounds like a lot but trust me it was for a family pizza party) The young lady on the phone Felicia was an absolute sweet heart and took the order with ease and handled all of the order to perfection! Whenever I’m home, I definitely will only order from this spot because the food was tasty, the service was impeccable and everyone ended up full and happy! Thank you Felicia and thank you to this Pizza Hut location. 🥳💗

Edit: I bumped it up to 3 stars because the young lady that's been there recently seems like she's getting things done. Wait times a lil long but I can tell they are really busy around dinner time. Good work y'all, never an issue with my orders.
I just wanna know why y'all are not accepting orders 8:30pm on a Saturday with the restaurant open to the public? It's always something there. If I was DM I'd be on y'all ass. Need new management ASAP

I was very upset. I placed a door dash order to and had to end up picking the order up myself. Once I got to the store I was told the order had been picked up. I showed them my phone so they could see that it said my order hadn’t been picked up. Manager looked in the back for order she said it’s not done. While standing there in the lobby with 8 other folks waiting and others still walking in, a door dash person walks in asking for my order. Cashier said that’s her right there pointing to me. I’m confused because they just told me my order was picked up. No apology. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. They were out of an item that I order so she said we do have this cheese bread ready, it just have beacon pieces in it. I said that’s fine cuz I’ve waited long enough. I asked was I going to get reimbursed since I got charged delivery and had to pick up. She refunded the whole order but didn’t give me my ticket to show that she did. It’s been almost a month and I never got reimbursed. I asked can you give me some type of proof that you refunded me. She said I don’t know what I just did with refund ticket and I can’t print another one. So she signs the bottom of my receipt and puts initials and wrote refund. Her name was Daja! They just need to shut this Pizza Hut down. They slow, not professional and it’s always a very long wait time! This is the closet Pizza Hut to me but I will not go back to the Patterson store. I still want my $27 refund. And I’m holding on to my receipt until I get it.

I have ordered small pizza and boneless wings from this store, I have called 2 times to find out see how long it will take. Manager said to me on first call she said will be 20 to 30 minutes wait time when I called back get final notice of my pizza will be and she said will be another hour to wait . I have been waiting for a small pizza and 8 boneless wings over 1 hour and a half there should be no excuses waiting for a long time. This pizza Hut is not run by professionally is misleading on the customer service being rude about it. This place is out of control and disorganized something needs to be bring to a attention.

Ordered my hut box which is a personal pizza and you get a side. The pizza was cold and didn't taste good. I ordered French fries and I get hot boneless wings, which i don't eat. Pizza Hut you need to do better.
