They supposed to close at 9 pm , they stop taking orders at 8:25 with the excuse their system is down, and it's not the first time. very poor customer service ?. I wish they had people that are willing to work, pizza hut it's no longer the same.

I ordered two hand tossed hamburger pizzas. They delivered one hand tossed and one thin crust pepperoni pizzas. I hate pepperoni pizza. I tried to call but was on hold for 25 minutes listening to the very loud and obnoxious recordings they play while you are waiting for them to answer. After 25 minutes I gave up.

Sorry staffed and dealing with teens, the manager did a great job keeping it together.
They forgot my drink in my delivery so I called to get a refund. Mid conversation I was hung up on by the girl. I called back and she said “she thought the conversation was over.” Nice try. Work on your human decency skills and don’t hang up on someone in mid conversation. Ridiculous.
Got 2 of the 7. 00 pizza deals and it was horrible. Pizza was soooooo dry . Crust was rubbery and old . My second time experiencing this .
