Pizza Hut Express

They are never available for delivery. I tried ordering online on a Sunday night and they were not delivering and I tried on a Monday evening and they weren’t delivering either. It seems to be pretty random but it’s an inconvenience.

Horrible Customer Service. Started calling them Friday evening at 7pm. They would pick up the phone and hang it up without answering. This happened several times before I gave up. Called the next day, same thing. Finally someone answered, put me on hold & never returned. I'll never use the Hut again.

Horrible, horrible experience. I'll never order Pizza Hut again. TWO HOURS to deliver a pizza AND it arrived cold. Original delivery estimate was 35-45, then 60, and finally arrived after 110 minutes. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
