QDOBA Mexican Eats

They are under new management and they are cutting cost and the customers are paying for it. Horrible food absolutely horrible. I've been eating at this particular spot for 4 years because it on the way to work and I love mexican cuisine but this new manager she's horrible. Follow the recipe the the company sets forth stop putting water on all the meats it makes em taste bad and fresh chip would be greatly appreciated. I could go on and on but the point is beware of this place it's not the same...

Purchased a burrito. Chicken, rice and beans were ice cold. They didn’t even heat tortilla.

6:15 p.m. Could barely hear due to the loud music. Had to say pardon me several times to the server. Ordered a chicken bowl (not very good) and quesadilla which was not browned and crispy but soggy and tasted like dough both at $30+. After paying I grabbed my bag and the cashier said “that’s not yours.” 🤔 Looking around I was the only one standing there. Not sure who it belonged to. On top of that I wasn’t even given a receipt. After a few minutes cashier then handed me my order. Never again! Horrible food and experience. I want my receipt to see if I was over charged. Should have gone to Chipotle. What a waste of money! Totally disappointed and disgusted!

I left the Lindell location and when I was about to open my food I saw two gnats flying under the clear top. Still needing my Loaded Tortilla soup fix, I stopped by the Qdoba in Florissant. I was hesitant as I didn’t want gnats floating in my soup again, but a lady there assured me that they are the cleanest store in the area(I agree.) She even took it another step by offering me a sample. It was delicious with a hint of spice.

Everyone was so nice and sincere. It will definitely be my new favorite location!

They have become so cheap and over priced. They give you a portion of what they used to and try to up charge you when you ask for the normal amount. This girl literally gave me a half scoop of rice, then tried to up charge me when i said something abt it. Don’t even get me started on the fact that all of those girls have terrible attitudes, very dismissive of my concerns, but made sure she asked for a tip. UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING! Definitely will be going to one of the other locations over this one.

Gave me a pinch of meat . Very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE . They sat there talking instead of fixing my food then as i was telling them for the 2nd time what i wanted she started talking to her coworker AGAIN . Then looked at me and said “sorry” . Then i went in as a dasher they made me 15 mins late becuase when i first walked in there was no other customers THEY WERE TALKING AMONGST THEMSELVES . Then as other customers walked in thats when they wanted to make the door dash order along with other customer orders .

Never greeted when I walked in and every piece of red onion you get they tell you there is an extra charge. Every other Qdoba your bowl is at least full. This Halls Ferry location never have that problem. This last time I got 3 pieces red onion and I asked her for more she said there would be an extra charge. This is not even writing about the half scoop of queso that was put in my bowl. Before I go here again I will drive across town to find other place to spend my money. Not pleased at all

Person at the register completely ignored me when I picked up my food and she forgot my drink, was asked more than 3 times if I could have my drink as she stood there and stared at me like I had five heads, got fed up and walked out with just my food. Very unprofessional and the food workspace doesn't look very clean. Save your money. It isn't worth it.

Yesterday I ordered a bowl with brisket, steak, brown rice, and a few veggies. I don’t usually order from them, but I’m pregnant and I was craving something specific. When I ate the bowl, the rice was so hard it was as if it wasn’t cooked at all. I’m a foodie, I can usually eat most things if I’m hungry enough, but I couldn’t take more than a few bites before giving up on the “dish.” It was a waste of $18. Maybe they were having a bad day, but it doesn’t excuse robbing me.

First off they was close to closing so they had all the food from off they’re heating table or whatever u call it and had it all stacked on on a metal shelf next to a bucket of cleaning water.. but I was hungry n everything was close or about to close cus it’s Xmas eve , so I ordered anyway.. the food was cold even after I told them to put my burrito on the grill.. the lady was super skeet with the chicken , then they went down on the size of the spoon for the queso cheese so that was also skimpy.. then whoever that new manager is , the lightskin lady with the red hair I don’t like her.. she cleaning up n working the register so her hands must of been hella wet cus when she handed me my bag it was all wet.. the whole experience gave me a attitude.. I miss the old manager the pretty dark skin lady with the baby face… I been going there for awhile but I’m cool on all these new ppl.. this my last time going … I’m from the hood and it was too ghetto even for me.. I’ll pass
