Went to the walk-up window and the worker was straight-up rude from the second I got there. She loudly complained that I didn't use the drive-thru, rolled her eyes, sighed the whole time, and acted like taking my order was a huge problem. Totally disrespectful and made me feel dumb for even coming. Food was normal, but the attitude ruined everything. Won't be back to this location.

No star at all! Close them down. Went thru drive thru and thru looking at me not taking orders etc. I asked them were they taking orders as the young guy was taking off his shoes looking at me. Close em down and get a business in its place that people want to work in.

These people are degenerates. Do not go here. They forgot about me sitting in the drive thru for 25mins on my son’s birthday trying to get us dinner. Then they refused to give me a refund. and to add insult to injury they said they had the order sitting there the ENTIRE TIME! Like why would you even admit that. You walked past it at least 20times and even came and put your back to the window I was waiting at and texting on Your phone like I wasn’t even there. Not one time did the person speak to me after the initial encounter when I first arrived. I feel like this worker purposely did this. He smirked at me and looked at me numerous times during the 25mins I sat and waited. Now I have to file a report with the attorney general because they took my money and I received nothing.
Edit: Was able to get my refund from the store after filing a complaint. 12 days later the manager, Mike called me and apologized for the incident and asked me to come get my refund. He was not rude or hostile. I was offered food upon being given my refund and I declined.

It's no wonder this place only has 3 stars. It's 10 pm and they told me through the speaker that there would be a 5 to 7 minute wait. I say okay. They said to pull back around. I let the girl know I didn't understand what she meant. She said you can sit in the parking lot for 5 to 7 minutes and then get back in line. I asked why I couldn't sit at the speaker and wait. She said because I have a timer and it's not allowed. I was the only person in the drive thru at the time. So sad.

I am reviewing on behalf of my father. Store 8157 is in routine lack of compliance with Rally's corporate policy and tonight, denied him a requested service after confiscating and refusing to return his coupon. Nowhere do their coupons say they are not combinable and, only after accepting his second coupon and throwing it away, did they inform him it could not and would not be used towards his purchase. They would not accept his coupon, nor would they remove the item from his bill. (They also claimed to be out of ice cream and all of their sodas.) The young manager on duty refused to give her name. When we got home, his order was incorrect. This place is not only inefficient, but dishonest and rude. We've lived in florissant over 30 years, and there is a reason this location semi-regularly goes out of business. I have no idea why they keep reopening if they refuse to hire competent help with integrity.
