I absolutely love this Smoothie King! Their smoothies are always so fresh and amazing, and honestly they’re the only thing that gets me moving in the morning. I come in pretty regularly, and the manager on shift is always so kind, helpful, and welcoming. It’s nice being treated like a usual. Highly recommend!

Listen this was the most impressive experience today… short on time and they made it happened. Employee Amaune said wait this not fast enough flew to the back and got manager Chryssie that came out with her super cap to save the day… exceptional customer service, friendly, quick and with a smile. GO TEAM YOU DID THAT

Visited this location as it’s my regular smoothie location. Walked in no problem as the one who made my smoothie was pleasant. However, I went to the register to inform one of the young ladies that one of items I purchased was not on the wall. I politely came up.
She literally rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders basically saying what do you want me to do. Horrid service. If that wasn’t her job, she only needed to say let me get a manager or someone who can assist you. I will likely return, but I don’t know if she thought I was young or what not but that for me is unacceptable service.

Went to this location yesterday through drive thru. Sat at the order board for arleast 2 minutes before the young lady asked what I wanted. After ordering made it to the window. Im the only vehicle in line. 5 minutes go by no one has come to the window. Now there's atleast 4 cars behind me. Still no one has come to the window. When she finally comes to the window. She asked what I ordered 3 times then asked who I ordered with?? Still my order has not been made. I had to drive off empty handed

If I could give a ZERO I would. Manager was rude could not be bothered to even say hello. Further more she fought with empoyee in front of us. WE WALKED OUT!

They could not be bothered to even say hello. The 2 people there ignored us for a good few minutes. Manager had headphones on with a private conversation. Then the 2 started arguing in front of us. Let it go for now and take care of customers. RUDE!

Absolutely terrible no professonal customer service the wait times are horrible (30+ minutes in the deive thru before we could even pay) for the smoothie to be melted or taste like ice. They dont wear gloves when they prepare the smoothies. Nobody wears uniform or looks like an employee and when you ask a question the ladies at the kiosk have an attitude. Will never spend my money here again and quite honestly this location should be shut down

I come here too often and this place fails everytime. There needs to be a new location added to the north county area, this place sucks(employees). I always order online, somehow when I arrive, I'm still waiting as if they're making Thanksgiving dinner. I had a smoothie made and it was disgusting. I went back to get the smoothie replaced, yet it was still nasty and didn't taste anything close to what it was supposed to be.

Staff was unruly and rude could not take order at speaker pulled up to the window to order repeated my order 3 times and they still somehow got it wrong. J wait for 10 min for the wrong order. Just to be told it was rung uo incorrectly and that I would need to go inside to order. Endless to say something I did not do.. I won't be coming back to this location. Really smoothy king do better.

This poor girl was working all alone on the morning of 9/13. She was a peach and holding it down. This location is really under staffed. I hold nothing on her. She showed she was there to work. The owner should show face if there are call offs. It is part of the literal job. 3 stars are for the young lady that showed up to work. Kudos sweetie. The 2 strikes are for the lack of management team.
