This location needs attention. Smoothie king is great but this location is always sub par. Waiting to get your smoothie always takes long. Today I went around 3:00 pm and they were saying it was 20-30 before I could get a smoothie. Left and came back at 7:45 pm. They were already closed. One of the workers came out to say they were closed because they leave at 8:00. This location is supposed to be OPEN until 8:00.
It is disappointing bc this is the closest location to me and it is the poorest run.

Every time I come here the doors locked. It’s 10 AM in the morning. Does this place like get robbed regularly or something because I still understand why the door is never open. The employees are just standing around in there like nothing is going on.

The fact that it’s 1pm and the doors are locked and I’ve been sitting in the Drive through for 40 minutes I haven’t been to this location in 2 months and to come back today and it’s even worse why is this location even open just shut it down it’ll do the community a favor

They tell you that you have to have exact change or card.. which is ridiculous and on a regular basis. Taste your smoothie before you leave because they probably made it wrong after advising it was wrong the second time.

I came here for the first time the other night and I was pleasantly surprised. I've lived in Florissant for almost 5 years now and have never stopped here b/c the last time I had smoothie king was years ago down in the loop and it wasn't very good but that was definitely not the case this time. They were closing soon and the guy that was working was still super nice and helped me pick out a smoothie. The service was fast and my smoothie was actually really good this time. I will most definitely be back. Thank you!!

There’s was a long wait, and just people staring , I don’t know who manages this place but terrible service and the need to keep the work station area where they make the smoothies clean nothing should look caked up.
The door is never opened and the staff is rude when you go thru the drive thru to pick up your order

Every time I have been to this smoothie king it’s a bunch of kids playing around. They never have bowls ever. The other night they left drive through open but said “ they system was done when we went inside. Nobody even came to drive thru window to warn us. The service is just always horrible.
