Sonic Drive-In

Went and spent over 60 dollars just get screwed. Ordered food chili cheese and when I say I got minimal like imagine drizzle only less...
Also paid for extra cherries in my slushie, got none and got a drink not a slushie. Two times before I went they gave us grayish green old stale hot dogs.....won't go back to this location. Employees attitude was so poor not even worth trying to get fixed either...says alot on how this is run

I've never been to this location, but it's my last time for sure! I pulled into one of the stalls and realized EVERY LAST STALL IS OUT OF ORDER!! I came to pickup a Doordash and the line has been wrapped for over 15mins

Slush machine never works

The experience wasn't bad at all, it was just a really cold night
and we wanted some hot food and we got it, Sonic made our night, thank you

This is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed by this location. The food has always been fresh and good.

Tonight (8:30pm) the 4 of us ordered over $40 of food and EVERYTHING was old , cold, dry, and shriveled . It was gross and we had to throw everything out . Even my 3 year old wouldn’t eat her kids meal.
What a waste of money. Employees should definitely have higher standards for quality control.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is going down quickly. We sat in the drive thru for about 20 minutes and no one said anything over the intercom. We drove to the window and the workers were inside just chilling. If they were closed or doing change over they should have said that. But that was not the case because they had people parked at the drive up booths. This place is terrible.

The garlic bacon burger and it was half done. So disgusting and now I’m writing this from the toilet because I got sick. My friend order the burger through door dash. This location needs to be revamped. Please be cautious when ordering from here.

I just left here and it was hands down the worst service I've ever had there. I came just for a bag of ice and waited 20 minutes at the speaker. I thought maybe it was broken but it was fine when I came to the window there was a young man there I guess counting out the money for the young lady to leave but proceeded to ignore not just me but several other cars at least 10 separate cars. When he came to the window in a chick fil a jacket he told me we don't take orders from the window and pull back around and get in line behind all those cars and I left and definitely not coming back.

This review is in no way toward the workers. There’s little they can do to fix this issue. This is toward corporate. They are not even trying to invest in resources or personnel for this location. Because they are turning a profit. The girl with the red hair and pink jacket needs a raise. She is single handedly providing excellent service. Rushing back and forth outside to handle issues with frustrated customers. Even dealing with non English speaking customers. There is not enough staff during peak times which is on corporate, and the speaker is faulty as well, which is on corporate. Wait times are close to an hour here. Personnel are frustrated due to dealing with frustrated customers, which creates a negative atmosphere.corporate or upper management needs to improve and invest in this location or customer retention is going to decrease. Give the red head girl a raise . She maintains a level head through difficult situations. Watched her handle about 5 different upset customers during my 45 minute wait, 2 of which were door dashers in which she spoke to them on the phone and resolved the issue

I will never visit this restaurant again. The food I received today was so bad, it’s unreal why they would ever serve this to me or anyone else. The burger was cold, fries were overcooked and the soda was flat. I was so frustrated, I simply threw it out.

Two times now I've ordered a cookie dough blast and didn't get any cookie dough...Literally just ice cream. I'm not sure what's happening over there.

Poor service. Waited in line 15 minutes and another 20 minutes once I got to the drive-thru window. The staff were more interested in chit-chatting than the customers. I definitely won't be back and I do not recommend this facility to anyone else. The chicken sandwiches were overcooked and dry.

I was super surprised that when I removed my bun on my sandwich the meat was dark brown around the edges and gray in the middle. I didn't have time to go back so just disposed of sandwich and ate somewhere else.
