I was the only car on the lot and the burger meat was COLD, fries were COLD. Only thing that were ok were the drinks. Spent over $40 for the order and got crap! I’m really upset!

I hate this sonic I wish they SHUT IT DOWN!!!!!! I was the only car in line at 8:45 she told me just a second and never came back I said Hello 8000x and never heard ANYTHING!!! Now I’m late to work hungry and pregnant COUNT YOUR DAYS SONIC!!!!

I went to this sonic today 8/29/2025 the food look discussing and was discussing. I will never go here again ever again the first burger I got was split in half and cold as that thang. I went through the drive thru and they gave me another burger and it was burnt up and look just as horrible. they microwaved my tatter tots in the microwave the cheese was matted to them and I had to shovel them off the paper. Never ever would I come here RIP to Sonic get some new cooks please or close down!!!!!!!!!!!!

They're refrying their tots and fries tonight instead of making them fresh- soggy, greasy messes that taste like old oil. Couldn't taste the pickled fries over it, the dog likes them though.

I literally just made it home with my order. The hot dog was old and that’s not the worst part. I had a Sprite, when I finished and took the lid off it was a nat inside the cup. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I will never ever go back and I might just call the Health Department.

Got a large order of mozzarella sticks and after I pay the lady at the window told me they are out of marinara. I told her I would not have ordered them if I knew. She shut the drive thru window on me and wouldn't take them back. I wanted a refund since they failed to tell me after taking my payment.

This place has horrible customer service. I ordered from the app and prepaid for my food. I arrived at the location to find out their slush machine was broken. They stated that the could not refund my money and that I could request the refund through the app. That was a lie. Tried calling the store, no answer. The food that I ordered was cold and sloppily prepared. This Florissant location is very below quality of food and customer service.

Went and spent over 60 dollars just get screwed. Ordered food chili cheese and when I say I got minimal like imagine drizzle only less...
Also paid for extra cherries in my slushie, got none and got a drink not a slushie. Two times before I went they gave us grayish green old stale hot dogs.....won't go back to this location. Employees attitude was so poor not even worth trying to get fixed either...says alot on how this is run
