I had the Double smoked Bacon made Open faced Double toasted. They were open for thanksgiving which is wild but worth it. Great atmosphere & folks definitely were inside. A whole vibe 🤌🏽

Wow, I have been coming to this Starbucks recently and everyone is so amazing in the mornings!!! Everyone greets you and smiles when you walk in the door and my drink is always ready on the mobile order in 5ish mins! I really appreciate how hard everyone works here and the cheerfulness that they bring to my mornings :)

I ordered a Mango Drangonfruit refresher no water just the base..I was given a larger cup and the drink taste like water.

This is not the closest Starbucks to my house, but I drive the extra to go to this one because the order is always right and well made and the baristas are always very nice!

I'm using my other page to make another review: I always have a great experience at this location, and today was nothing less than what I always experienced. Thank you ladies so much for making my medicine ball tea, even though you didn't have all ingredients. My throat is sore from singing for the past 72 hours but it's feeling better with this tea.

My favorite one is the one off Graham and 270 everyone there loves my wife and really fast and really positive. Tom is a different bunch sometimes it’s the same but it’s always the same attitude always the same positive. And my wife Beth loves the Starbucks.

There is a staffing problem at this location. The establishment has failed to open at 5 AM for two days in a row. As of 5:30 AM, it is still not open. We await to see what tomorrow brings.

The store has failed to open at 5 AM for the 3rd day in a row.

I’m thinking they should change their operational hours or hire more employees

If I could give this Starbucks zero stars, I would — just to match the enthusiasm of the staff. I rolled up to the drive-thru hoping for a caffeine fix, but instead got a front-row seat to what felt like a live performance of “How Not to Treat a Customer.”

Manager Rose must have studied Rudeness 101 because wow — she absolutely nailed the role of “unbothered and borderline hostile.” No greeting, no smile, just pure attitude like I personally ruined her day by… ordering a coffee.

The rest of the staff looked equally thrilled to be there — like they lost a bet and this was their punishment shift. If customer service were a sport, this team would be proudly in last place

I’m not the type to really leave a review unless there is something I recognized that needs to be addressed immediately. I went in there this morning and it was a regular busy day nothing out of the ordinary but I can tell it was only hectic because there is no staff on the floor (first red flag). I came in and ordered a caramel crunch ribbon inside and the new lady at the front was very rude and rushing to order as if I was making it more complicated than what it is. There was another lady at the bar (ROSE) that was making my drink and I asked her politely can I get it remade because there was a mistake with my order and just she rolled her eyes and walked away from me mid sentence. I never had an issue with this establishment until today. I can tell rose was management because when I came back to ask for a manager she was straight up ignoring me. I will never come back to this specific Starbucks again.

Says they close at 9....there 845... closed...change your time to 8 and then the employees will not have to do there job...?!!
