I was running errands and stopped to get lunch. I live in Old Town Florissant. There were two ladies working. There were no other customers. One woman went into the back immediately upon my entry. The second lady was preparing a sandwich. She glared at me but never said anything. No hello. She didn't ask if I was ready to order or say just a minute my colleague will be right back. Eventually the other person came out and took my order. They honestly acted as if I was bothering them. Additionally when I ate my sandwich the tomatoes were soft and some of the toppings didn't seem fresh. I didn't leave a tip and I tend to over tip because of the jobs I had when I was working my way thru college. Won't go back there.

I just ordered the footlong nachos. I get it’s only 5 bucks but when I tell you she put more sauce and onions than anything. She opened one bag of chips with about 5-7 chips and spread it out in the box. Literally less than a handful of steak and a thousand and one onions and jalapeños with 5lbs of sauce. It was nasty because there were hardly any chips. No thanks to this location and this item.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible 🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️… the bread was SO HARD I COULD BARELY EVEN PULL IT APART!!!! It was dry even though I asked for extra sauce. BARELY any vegetables I guess that’s extra $$ now… and the meat tasted old. TERRIBLE! All the sodas at the machine were out except for Diet Coke but no drink options in the cooler so Diet Coke it was 🤦

Horrible service! The two young ladies were very unorganized! One young lady was already in the process of waiting on a customer when I came in, but took my order while trying to finish that order, horrible mistake! And had the nerve to talk about the customer as well as me in HINDU as if nobody knew what they were saying. Another customer walks in places his order, gets his food, and left. He even asked me if I was done placing my whole order, my response was “no sir I am not,” what’s worse is that I got no apology for my wait and my food had been toasted and sat there and got cold in the process. Ridiculous! HORRIBLE SERVICE! WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!

Order two sandwiches and two foot long cookies. Never received the cookies. The sandwiches no bacon paid for it. Bread too hard Both sandwiches were salty and soggy. Pissed me off. $47 wasted. Never again.

They are very rude and seemed irritated before I even placed my order. When I began to place my order the guy threw my meat and cheese on my bread it looked very sloppy and he did it with an attitude . Then he put extra cheese on it, I asked him not to I didn’t want all that cheese.He said he would still have to charge me for it so basically I would have to get 8 pieces of cheese or none .I then said that’s ok and walked out.

I remember why I stopped going to Subways by going to Subway today! Not only have they cut back on the amount of meats per serving, it’s as if you’re begging and not paying. One of the reasons I stopped going also is because they raised the prices and a lot are under different management. These people are rude and act like the customers have to ask repeatedly to add more toppings to the sandwich like you’re not paying for it. When you leave you’ll have a bread sandwich. I will not be back. I am not begging you for vegetables and half the meat at raised prices. The employees come across as shady, as if they’re calculating how not to give you what you are asking for.
Vegetarian options: The spinach was welted and all shades of green, there was little to none vegetables in each dish as if they were scrapping the bottom. I feel this is a mind game.

I ordered food from this location over an hour ago. They have taken my money but have yet to update me on my order that still says its being made. Im extremely disappointed to see a restaurant taking customer money and then not providing any service or good. Update, it is now 5pm and I ordered at 1:19pm. I called the store multiple times, to have no one answer until literal minutes ago. I was by the subway worker that they can not cancel my order or refund my money, because a door dash driver took my order, so technically it’s fulfilled. I never received my food. How can subway not cancel an order that was made through their app? The charge on my bank account doesn’t say door dash, it says SUBWAY. This is absolutely ridiculous.
