I recently visited this location because it’s close to work and they had a special online for a $6.99 foot long. Online ordering was not available so I went in to see if I could get the deal inside. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted by anyone. I heard an associate ask if anyone had online orders to step down. I asked were they no longer accepting online orders because I tried. I was told it was down. I then asked if the deal can still be honored and was told no by Skylar. I asked her if I could speak with a manager and she said he wasn’t there. I asked for him name and when he would be in and she said his name is Alex and he hasn’t been in on days. I asked when is he usually there and was told in the morning. I also asked for a number and Skylar looked at her associate and said we don’t have a phone do we? I’ve never known a business without a phone. Very poor customer service. Staff should be trained to accommodate customers.

I don’t have anything bad to say about this establishment I live in ARKANSAS and have never been here, but I just want to say to whichever BIG BACK one of y’all used my card to stuff ya faces on three separate orders 2/27/2026 between 12:15-12:35pm… I hope it was good and I hope you have the day you deserve. I’ll rate the food 5 stars it must have been delicious for y’all to run it back two more times. I’m reporting the fraud so I hope you’re not caught on any kind of camera, be easy though!!!

I don't buy subway that much because of the prices going up. Also I don't buy from the subways by my house they don't do a good job making my sandwich. So if I am out (not by my house and I can afford it) I will get one

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! The owner knew the experience was horrible because she gave no receipt. We got 2 foot long sandwiches, a pizza, 2 bags of chips and 6 cookies. Paid $51 for it…they was out of regular cups and said was told we would be charged regular price, but still charged us for a large cup. They only put 3 pieces of bacon on my BLT. I’m mad as hell because I’m just trying to figure out how this was $51 and then she wanted to tell us what we could and couldn’t get. THEY ARE OVERCHARGING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! VERY RUDE! I hope they enjoy the $51 because they will never get my money again!

I placed 2 seperate orders online using my app tonight. After an hour and a half wait my food was finally delivered and totally wrong. I tried to call the store 6 times before I finally had to drive to the store to ask to get my order corrected. One of the ladies at the store said it must have been due to the middle of a shift change (I placed my order at 630pm and the store closes at 9pm...shift change??) All in all I got an apology and finally got my food 2 hours after I ordered and only after I had to go to the store. Will not use this store again and do not recommend it at all! Very poor service
