Absolutely ridiculous. I’m not coming back to this location. The first time I placed an online order period it took them like 10 minutes to receive it. Got my order and it was fine. Placed an online order again 20 Minutes went by still hadn’t received it, even though I had been charged for it. I showed them I have been charged and asked if I could still get the sandwiches and I could show them what I ordered. They said they couldn’t do anything. They couldn’t give me a refund. Said I had to come back another day to talk to the manager. So I left with no food. Still hadn’t gotten it. We double checked the location as well.

Our sandwiches were good, staff was not the most joyful bunch I’ve encountered, and I’m questioning why a MALE employee used the WOMEN’S restroom when the Men’s restroom was directly next to the Women’s. He USED it, not cleaned it. WTH??

This place is trash always messing up my order. Doesn’t give a refund back to customer after being charged but then refuses to make my order. Tells me to call corporate subway for refund. The mangers is incompetent and ignorant as can be. Shouldn’t ever order here so beware if you do.

The employee messed my food up I asked her to remake it because she put sauce in my portion bowl she told me I had to speak with the manager angel she sits and tell she have to look back at the camera to see who made it then said was it the Indian woman like she races or something I don’t know all I want was my food to be remade that it 1146 Shackelford go tell me I have to wait 45 mins to get my bowl remade to look at the cameras smh I will never eat at this subway Eva again

Poor Customer Service I Was Charged Twice For My Meal & I Haven’t Got My Money Back It’s Been A Week Manger Angel Told Me She Would Hate To Be A Black Guy Very Rude.
Used an on-line deal to save over 50% off. They put only about 1/2 the usual amount of meat on my 12" Supreme Meats sub and completely omitted the Capicola which is the meat that supposedly makes it supreme. I've ordered this specific sub many times and know how it is supposed to be prepared. I guess they felt I didn't pay enough to get the prescribed amount and type of meat I should have gotten on my sandwich. The bread was also not baked correctly. Most frustrating part to me is I used a portion of my savings to tip them. Won't be making that mistake again.
