Food was good. A bit pricier than comparable restaurants.

My husband & I ordered 2 meals last night. He got the brisket & it was nothing but fat so he couldn't eat it & I got a chef salad. The lettuce was not shredded enough & it was not fresh it was warm. Needless to say a 41 dollar waste as we just couldn't eat it .

I’m a SugarFire fan and have been to several. This one is a joke. The staff seem confused and like they’ve never visited another SugarFire location. They seem to have made up their own customer “service” rules and ordering protocols. I’ll drive 25 minutes farther to NOT go to this location ever again

I forgot when I visited this one. But I paid $ 34.00 for the meat daddy and they barley gave you any meat for $34.00

This place is awesome, the food is incredibly well-made, and the service was great. By far the best food I have had in America.

I ordered whole rib. Meat was old and dry. I'm returning it. Don't have $32.00 to throw away.

I wanted to grab some barbecue on my way to the airport and stopped here. They served me undercooked sausage and try to say it was from the smoke. I also got turkey; it was so overcooked that it crumble in pieces when I picked it up with my fork. On top of that, very unprofessional.

First time eating here ever....
I walk in, lovely lady greeted me and told me to let her know when I was ready....

The food , not really seasoned, bland almost , nevertheless im not a fan nor impressed... The staff was nice, but again wasnt impressed by the food.....

Im not knocking anyone who eats here, nor their ability to cook, just not for me

Blessings and Honor to them and their success

The food was delicious. I forgot to take pics. The service was excellent.
I ordered the plate pulled pork. It is not served on a plate. They throw some paper on a big metal tray, write your order on the paper and then place your food on it. This might be fine for younger people but we took my 89 year old mil (it was her birthday dinner) and she only has one good arm. I guess we are old fashioned. My fork didn't tear the paper but it was close. Again, the food was great, the staff were friendly and helped us with our order. The 4/5 is because of no plates. When you order a meal called a plate dinner, you (I) expect a plate.

I love the Sugarfire in Olivette, so the Florissant location was so disappointing!
My friend and I arrived at 7:45 pm and was NOT told that they close at 8 pm and so were serving take-out only. The crew were noticeably impatient with us as we placed our orders.
To our surprise, we were brought a paper to-go bag instead of players. Our meats were already sauced (WAY too much sauce for my taste), and they were just two containers of sides -- one with a double serving of cole slaw and one with a double serving of potato salad. What???? My friend and I happened to both order the same sides with our barbecue; I picked up the bill for both of us but we aren't so close that we eat out of the same bowl!

We were told that they were closing shortly and we would need to be out by 8 pm.
We didn't even have plates so we could divide our sides and eat in the car!
My meat was OK after I wiped off the excess sauce. But my friend said the burnt ends were super dry under a drenching of nasty sweet sauce. The only thing we both liked was the fried green tomatoes, but they forgot to put the dipping sauce in the bag.
With tip, I had spent over $50 for the two of us. What a disappointment.

Their meat selection is good, it is smoked , but not overly smoked. They have a twist on their sides...
