I bought a 3 meat combo ribs, brisket &pulled pork. Ribs were all fat & not done, brisket was to fatty & pork was average at best! Bought 2 of these apple pies $6. Had no taste & way to expensive! The og rotten potathose were average.The best thing I got was the honey.Cornbread i'm not going backParking: Not enough spots.

Easily the worst Sugarfire I have been to. I've been going since the early days before they started operating multiple locations. The current quality here diminishes the reputation of the Sugarfire brand. Salmon looked like it had been beat up, thrown on the tray, the baked beans weren't even luke warm, and the ice tea maker wasn't in use. Sugarfire should do better.

Always check your receipt!Was charged a dine-in tip when I carried out. It was a $5 tip added on top of $15 meal.Customer service was POOR.I dont frequent Florissant establishments for this reason. I'm tired of the attitudes behind the counter/register. Go work where there aren't many people around since it gives you an attitude to serve people.It's ridiculous
I'm so happy there's a location closer to me. The staff was very helpful and diligent about making sure you have everything you need. The ribs and the Carolina were delicious. Meats were tender and very flavorful. Nice and clean establishment! This may be a bad thing having a Sugarfire down the road! LOL

Pros: Food was very good, the line moved quick, loved having the sauces on each tables. The 3 meat combo was perfect but the sides blew me away.Cons: Building is small, not a lot of space in line. Got there before the dinner rush, but noticed a few people leave before ordering because the menu is overwhelming and once you enter the building, you’re pretty much at the front of the line and need to order. Know what you want before you get there.

There was a lead person over meat carving who demonstrated rudeness and shortness towards the female trainee, taking charge of her tasks without regard for her learning experience. As a customer, it was not appreciated to see this behavior directed at someone trying to figure out their role on the frontline. In addition, I had to repeat my order to the cashier, although it was clearly written on the bag. This experience reminded me of the reason why I go to the Olive Street location.

We had the Rib Tips they were favorable but tough. They were not cut into pieces but served whole Mac and Cheese was ok and baked beans also had Black beans added to them. We will try something else the next time we go to be Fair about a rating ??
