Horrible. Double-decker tacos are supposed to have refried beans on the soft shell I don't even think they put a teaspoon of refried beans.. LAZY

Slow service. I sat in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes or more and only to have ordered ahead on the app (as I mentioned when I got to the speaker) and surprisingly when I get to the window not only did the employee try to hand me a overfilled (spilling) cup that was dripping from the overfill he then proceeded to ask me to do him a favor and asked me to go around and get back in line because apparently they NEVER STARTED ON MY ORDER…from the whole time me already waiting for the guests in front of me to get taken care of…so I kindly said “well there’s actually a lot of cars behind me now, so I’ll patiently wait at the window for my food” seems to me he got an attitude about that but hey you guys are moving slow as molasses already and you think me going around and having to wait again even longer is going to help??? Come on now - then when he finally gives me my food - I thank him and say “have a good night” this rude employee then says “oh I ALWAYS have a good night”. In a smart manner - but I’m too kind to acknowledge ignorance so I just raised my window and pulled off.

It’s 11:18pm and all I wanted was to eat I’ve been at church everyday til 10pm and I just wanted to get food. His reply was I’ll let you know when I’m ready and I waited some more. Finally I got irritated and drove to the window. He refused to serve me after having me wait for 20 minutes. Worst employee ever! I have never had a bad experience here ever!!! Until Joe dirty acted unruly!!’

Complete disappointment. I wouldn't be surprised if they close down soon. The drive thru is inconsistent and at times you have to go inside to order. Even with a mobile order you are immediately told come inside, why couldn't that be handled at the window? It just seems like they really need help and don't care enough to change. With the location I don't see how they get enough business. I'd rather eat at home and save myself the stress at this point.
