This place is terrible, almost everytime I come here the dining room is closed and so I the drive thru. Their excuse is always they don’t have enough workers. How many workers do you need to make tacos lol and I shouldn’t have to place a door dash order and PAY MORE . RIDICULOUS, change the management ASAP

Why is it soooo DIRTY in there? I mean it wasn’t busy and those floors, man could they use a good sweeping and mopping! I got the steak chalupas street taco, very bland, no taste at all! I couldn’t work at a place dirty like that, let along eat there. Took one bite, it’s a no for me..also no acknowledgement when I came in and was standing there for 5 mins.. even though I had eye contact..

Parking: I wish the menu board showed more of the combos and what they include. Sometimes you just have to ask do you have a combo that includes such and such and then they will tell you oh do you want number such and such? How would I know if that's the number if it's not displayed on the menu board!!!

Just went to this store and spent $30 and got a bag full of half filled tacos! Paid extra for sour cream and got what amounts to be about half a teaspoon which is past ridiculous! They also told me when I pulled up to the speaker to get my order that they stopped taking orders and I had to convince them that I had an online order! This place is ghetto as hell and it’s not the young people they got working there but it’s the unprofessional ass managers they have running the store! Don’t waste your money on this BS because I’m not sure if they are saving all the ingredients for themselves to take home or what because they sure as hell are not putting a damn things in the nearly $2 tacos they are selling!! Going out of business!!

I used the kiosks and typed in 10 hot sauce, I got my bag and went to work and no sauce at all
Pull up in drive thru on a Tuesday night at 10pm ready to order food before I go home from being at work all day for a employee to say I'm sorry we're currently not taking orders right now! I passed 4 Taco Bell's to go to the one closer to home only to be told they ain't serving nobody!The light should be off then! Service in north county is trash! Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else.

Good Morning first off there wasnt a Line of Cars...no customers nothing.the young lady had an attitude I was ordering my food at the kiosk..I sat at the counter for like 20 mins to pay for my order.. nobody came to the counter but they both was just Staring at me...
