Every time that I have been there my food has been hot and delicious
Terrible service im pregnant clearly and the lady was like yeah you can’t sit down as we are ordering and after we get done paying tells us we have to wait outside in over 100 degree weather while they make our food and the will walk it out so they want you to wait outside by the door not even in your car. She was rude i would never go back.
Tried to order potatoes (shrimp hulk), they said they were out of potatoes. Cool, whatever. We ordered chicken and waffles.. This is why I won't support another black owned business. These waffles I buy myself at the grocery store, no sauce for the chicken, no butter for the STORE bought waffles, just syrup! I could've made this at home for less what was paid for! Could've at least bought the Belgium waffles from store if you weren't going to cook them! Waffles were soggy from being in aluminum foil, chicken strips were hard.. We're going somewhere else to get food because we can't eat this mess! Go ahead and close down AGAIN, change the name AGAIN, and try AGAIN!
Just left from trying to pick a order up and guy and a lady were sitting now when I came and and was staring as though they were confused on why I was there didn’t greet me or anything.The lady approached me and said that I needed a mask on she provided me with a mask and said that I needed to stand outside. Covid mask requirements have been lifted for a year now and still after being given a mask I’m confused on why I needed to stand outside.Then the lady wanted to argue on why I didn’t wanna pick the food up anymore I will never go back.
I’m from Detroit and this is by far the best place in St. Louis! Ms V always takes great care of me and is always very nice!! ???
Okay I order 6 of the combo hot wing plates with fries yesterday on 4/23/2022 they food is amazing me and my husband love eating from this restaurant the staff are amazing I really wanna give a special shot out to Ms. V she has excellent customer services experience above my expectations she’s so kind and she recognizes her loyal customers. The restaurant was extremely clean. The restaurant is awesome I don’t know who own this establishment but way to go!!!! please keep Ms. V because a lot of restaurants you go to you don’t get excellent customer services like you do at this restaurant. Thanks Ms. V and staff for all you do from one of your loyal customers Tiffany! We actually order the food for us and our kids our kids first time eating at this restaurant and they woke up the next morning saying that food was ???? all I can say is our black people can throw down on some food I love to see great attitudes in the work place. There prices are reasonable. The owner and ms. V Know this me and my family will be coming back as you know we will Ms. V our #1 restaurant in north county??
First time visiting. Got an order of lemon pepper wings and sweet and spicy wings. They were both way too salty. My mom and I couldn't even eat them. The lemon pepper wings were also fried too long. This made the wings dry. We did manage to eat the fries which is why I'm leaving 2 stars.
Ordered through doordash, came faster than ETA. Food warm, a little under seasoned but pretty good. Cheese fries good, shrimp ok, but Philly cheese steak a little over seasoned and not enough cheese. Portions fine. But overall, they're ok, I would give them a second shot.
I keep ordering from this place, hoping for different results because really like the food. Every time I order, the portion sizes are smaller and smaller. I ordered the beef hulk potatoes and they barely covered the bottom of the tray. And I only got like 6 small catfish nuggets. I need them to make friends with the Fish & Chicken folks then ask for some business advice on how to keep portion sizes without losing money. I want to keep supporting a black business, but I'm getting frustrated...*Edit*1. My name is CHRISTINA.2. If the portion sizes are measured, then you all are measuring smaller every few months. The catfish tastes just fine from those other places.3. I see you did not appreciate me joking about your business methods. I do apologize. (yes, that is MAJOR sarcasm you hear).4. If you were a little Mexican place, or Jamaican place or Indian place - yes I would have called it out. I did make reference to the fact that I enjoyed the food, not just that you were a black owned business.I see reviews that are waaay snarkier than mine, and there is no response from you - sarcastic or otherwise...I guess you just had time today. I'm positive it does not matter to you, but I will be sure not to order from your establishment again. After a bad review and a smart response there is no telling how my food will turn out now....
I'm addicted to the buffalo wings and cheese fries ?? and the staff was friendly and helpful each time I frequented this establishment, no complaints

Very rude . They didn’t even greet me when I walked in everybody just starred at me like it was a problem I came in to order food. This is the second time this has happened I will no longer be a customer here
Very welcoming and assistance in explaining the menu and walked through the different options together with sharing his own favorites.I got the Chicken Philly, which was very flavorful and juicy served on a soft and tasteful bread. In addition to the Chicken Philly, I also got the chicken wings, which had a great seasoning together with being juicy.All the assistance and the taste of the food, it will not be the last time we set our feet in the shop, can highly recommend it to everyone.Last but not least the price was extremely reasonable and together with quality I will even call it cheap.
They require you to wear a mask(which isn’t a big issue) but the workers don’t wear them..which is hypocritical. Cashier/cook was outside smoking a cigarette. I was told verbally all prices were going up $1 but There’s no sign stating the inflation. Cashier was impatient and rude when taking my order. So unfortunately I can’t comment on the food due to not getting past the cashier. Tastebudz Will not be getting my business!
Not sure what was happening with this establishment on this day...I was excited to try them by word of mouth and love to support BOB... I was left with a bit of disappointment...perhaps the cashier was having a bad day or something... the order was taken with an attitude, the food took almost an hour to get 45 minutes and some change ? 2 Philly 2 burgers 6 wings (fried to a crisp) and all the good was warm to cold.We will have to give TB another chance. But 1st impression is everything ?
